Changes his terms and conditions without informing the guests in a timely manner. Flat rate cleaning costs increase the total costs for one night by approx. 50%.Accounting isn't his "thing" either. Overnight stay in September. Paid in 2023, shuttle service €20 for approx. 10 km, I think that's just fine. The beer (five pieces) was also well paid at €16 for a private bottled beer! €0, it would have been nice.Well all in all you won't book there again!!!

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with the accommodation...Unfortunately the pool was out of service and there was no WiFi. Unfortunately, we discovered too late that you have to flick through around 200 channels on the television before a TV program comes on. So off to the great whirlpool bathtub (if not a pool...). However, the bubbling function was also out of order and when I wanted to at least activate the massage jets, the tub spewed unsavory black flakes into the water (see photo). When we politely asked whether a price reduction was possible for this reason, we were dealt with quite harshly and received no accommodation whatsoever.Apart from the bathtub and a few sticky stains on the bedside table, the room was clean and the breakfast was OK.

Nice hosts. Very nice guesthouse located away from the hustle and bustle near 3 large golf courses. Beautiful, modern and new rooms. Good restaurants nearby. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back for a longer stay. Good price-performance ratio.

A nice guesthouse with very clean rooms. We had a spacious room with a whirlpool in the bathroom. The beds were great. We'll definitely come back.
