A very nice accommodation. Pretty rooms and quiet location. Landlords are super nice and helpful. Good breakfast. From there you can cycle or walk directly. Very rural. Been there four times now and definitely not the last time. Price performance is completely okay.

I visited my parents and stayed at the Niedermeier Hof. You feel very comfortable there. The welcome from Ms. Niedermeier was very friendly, the rooms are very clean and the shower room is large and on the ground floor. The breakfast is always fresh and sufficient. The environment is nature and calm, calm, calm. I will book the Niedermeier Hof for visitors again next time.

Was there for work.Super friendly hosts!Very large, beautiful and fresh room!Great breakfast!Great bathroom, which I personally prefer to have integrated into the room. But it's really huge, very clean and chic.Internet was good enough.Unfortunately, the location was very poor, which meant that the options for a quick meal after work were rather impractical, which is also due to Corona, but it was a really nice, quiet landscape, which means that as a vacationer you definitely get exactly what you're looking for.I would be happy to come back if I were to be there for work.

Very rural and quiet area. Car required. The rooms are very large and clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom does not have a shower cubicle and so showering in the bath tub is a bit complicated. The breakfast is ok. The hosts are very nice.

Clean, warm apartment with new furnishings. Located in the countryside, but in 5 minutes you arrive in the center of Grafing where there is the train station that takes you to Munich and several restaurants.

Great holiday on land or in the field. Ms. Niedermeier was very, very friendly, entertaining, helpful and informative. Fresh breakfast every day with eggs from our own chickens. Hof is beautifully centrally located, 30 minutes. Munich, Ebersberg, Wasserstadt, Rosenheim, Bad Aibling (by car). Less than 10 minutes by car to Grafing train station. Train connection also ok. We also had good weather.
