We recommend! The price-performance ratio is great - and there is also a warm atmosphere here that you rarely find anymore. I had a very well-kept and comfortable single room and would book again at any time! The Vamed Clinic Holthausen can be reached on foot from the hotel in just a few minutes; Restaurants and shopping opportunities are also right around the corner. The only (small) drawback: no breakfast is offered in the hotel. Nevertheless: gladly again at any time!

I stayed at the hotel for a little over two weeks. Ms. Risse, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, with a small kitchen, making it perfect for short or long stays. I enjoyed my stay.

I spent a month here because I had a relative in the hospital. Everything is clean and lovingly furnished. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating and organizes everything for a pleasant stay. Nothing is missing! Despite the sad personal circumstances, I always felt comfortable and recommend this apartment hotel to everyone with a clear conscience. Thank you Ms Risse!

It was super super niceMe and my dog felt very comfortableIt is very, very clean and Ms. Risse is super nice, she tries very hard to fulfill all your wishes so that you feel really comfortable here. I was even provided with a fan because the days were very warm so I was able to sleep really well 😀I recommend this accommodation 100%. And would love to come backThank you Ms. Risse for this stay

When we booked over the phone, we told the owner that we might not arrive until late in the evening, which wasn't a problem for her at all, she said I would wait for her until 11 p.m. When we arrived earlier, we were greeted really nicely and warmly. Everything was explained to us. The room was incredibly clean and has a mini kitchen. Ms. Risse carried out thorough cleaning every day. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Once we tried breakfast in the house next door, but we didn't really like it. But the owner can't help it because her room rental is independent of the neighboring hotel. There are two bus stops directly in front of the house and local transport in and around Hattingen is very well developed. We even took the bus and train to Cologne.In summary, just a very nice accommodation with a super friendly host who really lives for her hotel. We will definitely come back when we are in the region.

A place that is sad to leave. A building with history and character. The apartment is clean, warm and pleasant. On the ground floor there is an Italian pizzeria with delicious food and normal prices. There is a bank and two large grocery stores nearby. Very lovely area. A very nice, hospitable and extremely positive owner who always has a smile on her face. An example of an ideal person to run this type of business. I recommend it and will definitely visit it when I'm nearby.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hostess is very friendly and helpful and creates a very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. The room was extremely clean, large and quiet. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, including an integrated mini kitchen for self-catering. Free parking is available at the hotel. You can feel the loving management of the house, the price/performance ratio is more than justified.
