The rooms are clean and well equipped, our room was big enough even with two children, the bathroom is quite small but it is enough. The owner was nice and friendly and everything is really child-friendly, the garden (with swings/slide/trampoline) can be used, and there are also children's toys in the shared kitchen.The breakfast on site is sufficient for the number of guests, the selection is also “normal”, I would say.The owners live in the house, so they are always on site.Check-in is self check-in.We found the rooms to be very noisy. You can hear every word that other people are saying, the TV is on, the toilet is flushing... we also found the bed to be very small at 1.60m and the surface to lie on was rather hard. The children's bunk beds do not have fall protection. The lack of fly protection on the windows also bothered us. It was really hot in the room when we arrived and unfortunately we couldn't open the window at night because otherwise we would have been attacked by mosquitoes.In the morning the drain from the bathroom smelled unpleasant, you could hardly stay in the bathroom or lie on the side of the bed that was next to the bathroom door.. (the bathroom door doesn't close properly)There are only two parking spaces available directly at the house. Otherwise park on/on the street...

It's a pity that we read the reviews only after the fact. The guesthouse is located close to Legoland, but unfortunately this is its only advantage. The rooms smelled of mold, both in the basement and on the ground floor. Even leaving the window open all night didn't help get rid of the smell. The bedding was washed, but terribly wrinkled and hard, the pillows were smelly. Cobwebs on the walls, dust on the floorboards, mold in the bathroom on the shower, and from the smell I assume it's probably not only in the bathroom. The kitchen in the corridor is dirty. We have never slept in such poor conditions and for as much as €160 per night. I do not recommend it, especially with small children, due to the smell and toxic mold, which is very dangerous to inhale. We will definitely not stay here again.The breakfast was quite ok, but looking at the cleanliness of the rooms, I'm afraid to think in what conditions it was prepared...

Perfect starting point for activities. 10 minutes from Legoland, modern rooms and a lovely breakfast. There was also a lot on offer for children here.Disliked · Unfortunately, our room was very small, narrow bathroom and very warm at night because we didn't have air conditioning.

Very friendly owners, check-in at other times is also possible if requested.Rooms are small, but still very comfortable and clean. Great for families with small children.There is the possibility to prepare something in the shared kitchen with a kettle, microwave, stove and so on...The garden is great for playing, and there are also vehicles for the little ones.The breakfast was very good, from fruit, vegetables to sausage, cheese, sweet spreads, eggs, juice, muesli... and much more and above all a decent coffee :-).There's nothing to complain about.We and our children really enjoyed it and would love to come back to Pension Kristallpark.

Since my review's choice of words apparently violates the "guidelines", I'll let the pictures do the talking.Short version:Booked 2 nights, left/cancelled the guesthouse after one night.- Room was far too small for 3 people- Room was in a damp basement, see pictures- Shower was already moldy, see pictures- other guests also complained- Price/performance underground (100€/night, garni)

The positive:The rooms were clean and functionally equipped. The Star Wars image including lighting is particularly a highlight. The owners are nice and, above all, very child-friendly. They also try very hard and live directly in the property.The breakfast is sufficient. The breakfast time is specified per room because the room is small. The selection is standard and OK.Entrance door with code. Very modern. Location perfect for a visit to Legoland.Negative: our room was very noisy. You could hear everything. The door to the room shakes with every draft. The beds are super hard... especially the pillows. Since our room was in the basement, the air was musty :(Parking spaces are directly at the house. However, only a few exist. So you are forced to park on the public street.

We stayed at the guesthouse for a short visit (two nights) to visit Legoland.Super nice boss/reception and warm explanations and willingness to help. Ideal location for Legoland and other restaurants/shopping options. The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area. You get your room card via a box. With the card you can open the front door and side entrance door, etc. at the same time. We had room number 4, which had direct access to the garden and was a bit secluded from the other rooms. The garden is ideal with some play options for the children. In the hallway there is a drinks fridge and also a common room. With a good breakfast (you book for either 8 or 9 a.m. and have one hour = time) there is something for everyone and there is enough stock. Much of it was freshly prepared. However, two pretzels for 12 people are not enough ;-).The Sunday worker on site was also very nice. However, there are certainly some little things that could be optimized. For example, storage space above the loft bed for the children. Storage space in the shower for shampoo etc. These are also missing in the small bathroom. Rooms are clean, towels were not changed. We also noticed minor “problems” from one or two guests, which have already been discussed in other reviews. In our opinion, price/performance is a bit too high, even if it seems quite cheap. Absolutely family friendly. We can recommend the guesthouse / small, compact room for a short stay, but nothing more. Reservation in advance is strongly recommended. The guesthouse is almost always fully booked.

If you would like to go to Legoland and are looking for comfortable accommodation, the Kristalpark Hotel is the right place for you. (9 min drive to Legoland)The rooms are clean and cozy. There are fresh towels, a hairdryer, TV, night light, table and seating in front of the door. Sufficient for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), as we were only looking for a cheap place to sleep for our stay in Legoland. The children really liked the cute loft bed.There is a playground with a trampoline and climbing frame in the yard which is completely fenced in.Breakfast is served daily either at 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. The breakfast was very tasty, fresh and something for everyone.There is a large supermarket 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can cook something in the communal kitchen in the evening. The children also have the opportunity to play there (children's kitchen, Lego).The lady at reception is very friendly and helpful. You felt very warmly welcomed and that made your stay very nice. We recommend it

Very nice little accommodation. Rooms clean, beds are great. There are plenty of opportunities for the kids to play. The operators are very friendly, the breakfast is small and there is something for everyone. We would be happy to come back

Our stay was generally very good. Our room was very small for a family of four and the blackout options in the form of curtains weren't great. On one window the curtain was narrower than the window, which was really problematic for our kids. But as a parent you are inventive. This could be improved. Otherwise the service is totally fine. Very, very friendly hosts and everything was super clean. The breakfast was very good. There was everything you needed and even scrambled eggs and sausages as well as good coffee from the fully automatic machine. There were also fresh rolls and cold cuts. Absolutely good. The location is great. 13 minutes walk to the city center and 11 minutes by car to Legoland.
