Nice, clean guesthouse in a beautiful location. Highly recommended for hiking holidays. Price/performance good. Everything was great. Including parking space and WiFi.

Unfortunately, one star is still too much for this accommodation. When we arrived, the rooms hadn't been cleaned yet. The host is very unfriendly and walks around in his underwear all day (even when we had breakfast). He also heard loud old Bavarian music all day long, which could be heard in the rooms on the upper floor.

We had booked there and when we arrived after a twelve hour drive there was no one there. I then tried several times to reach the landlord and finally got through. He just snapped at me that he had a death in the family and wasn't in the suburbs at all. I asked him what he thought it would be like, we've been there since 14 On his feet for hours and would now like to have a bed. He said, we should stay in the old inn, that's where we are right now. How does he know that, if he's not in the suburbs at all? I said I would first have to find out whether there was anything available there and that the price was probably significantly higher than we would have paid with him. I then complained that he would have to cover the difference.End of the story, after several requests, he has only taken over a small part of the costs and even after we hired a lawyer, he is still defending himself. Now a lawsuit is being filed. I would advise anyone not to book there!!!!!!!!Unfortunately I have to give one star, I wouldn't give one!!!!

Attention, please have everything acknowledged. We paid and he claimed that wasn't true and at the end he got cheeky and threw us out. I'd better not talk about the friendliness.

I am here for the BMW Motoraad event in Garmisch Partenchirken. Was told by tourist info and by the owner that it was 1.5 kms to walk in to Garmisch Partenchirken but its actually 5 kms!!! Nice people, clean place and good breakfast but disappointed.
