A small, cozy hotel with a very committed, extremely nice, friendly and absolutely helpful hostess. Service is really important here. Starting with the cleanliness of the room, the bed linen, the mattress and the towels to the breakfast buffet, which doesn't really leave much to be desired. The furnishings are partly typical of the region but also somewhat modern. Fresh rolls, breakfast eggs, sausage, cheese, jam, honey Nutella and spreads or butter every day. There is also fresh coffee or various teas. The operator of the hotel is very attentive, responds to the guests' wishes and tries to fulfill them. The location is ideal in my opinion. Not far from the center of Garmisch Partenkirchen, with lots of possible activities. Whether a hike through the gorge or a trip to Eibsee or Zugspitze. There are also many great restaurants in the area with very tasty dishes at moderate prices.The price-performance ratio is more than fair.Thank you for the lovely stay and the great hospitality.I can recommend the hotel at any time without any problems.THANK YOU VERY MUCH

A room with a balcony and a view of the mountains, including a free sauna, was offered. My room didn't have a balcony, but had direct access from the public street and access to a shared smoking terrace. The sauna was out of order, I don't know if there is even a sauna. It's a shame that's exactly why I booked the room. There are great restaurants with good German cuisine and many sights in town and in the surrounding area.

We spent a night there to switch off and unwind from the stressful everyday life and were immediately warmly welcomed by the owner.The rooms are really, really clean, I've had different experiences in larger hotels.The breakfast was also prepared with a lot of love and we were also asked whether everything was to our satisfaction.We will definitely come back because we really liked the warmth, the attention to detail and the tranquility of the surroundings.

Very nice little privately run house, nice rooms, nothing to complain about, an owner who loves her work and her hotel and you can tell and see it.To be recommended without reservation.

Very nice, clean house and quietly located in Oberau. Nice, funny landlady who tries to fulfill every wish. The rooms on the ground floor have a terrace and access to the garden. You can also have breakfast outside. Scrambled or fried eggs can also be prepared upon request. WiFi is also available. You can also find all the shops for shopping in the immediate vicinity. We'd love to come back.

I went as a family of four. It was very good. The room was also clean. The terrace was quiet and the flowers were well maintained and beautiful. Breakfast was also delicious. Best of all, the female staff was very kind and kind. I want to come again.Die Zimmer ist sauber. Die Terrasse ist ruhig und die Blumen waren schön gepflegt. Das Frühstück war auch köstlich. Die Chefin war sehr freundlich und super nett.

Very good hotel. Small and cozy. Everything as it should be. Good localization. I'm not a skier, but when I looked at the maps, it's a good starting point to Garmisch (depending on where), but it will be no more than 7 km away.I recommend.
