The inn exudes a very family atmosphere. My single room was very clean and despite the proximity to the street, the traffic noise was limited. If you want to spend two days in the area, you'll find a good place here. A special highlight is the evening kitchen. Here the schnitzels are freshly pounded and the mince for the burgers is minced independently. For a more than fair price you can get excellent food and drinks here. It's worth a visit for that alone.

The Gasthof Kempenich is a place where you come as a guest and leave as a friend. The rooms are no longer the newest, but they are 100% clean and well maintained. The food is good, middle-class and very tasty, and the service........go there yourself and experience the warmth........just greatWe will always be happy to come backA big plus point is the proximity to the Nürburgring.The perfect accommodation for anyone who wants to attend an event at the Ring

When I entered the inn there were three guests at the counter and there was an ashtray in front of each one and the scene was barely visible because of the clouds of smoke. A feeling like I had at the end of the 1970s when I used to go to bars like this and still smoke. The room was very small and had no windows, the bathroom had one. It was clean and the bed was fine. The restaurant was closed due to illness, and in the immediate area there was only one snack bar at the neighboring gas station. Overall, not necessarily recommended.

Unfortunately, the inn is getting a bit old, which can be clearly seen in the facilities, furniture, etc. The beds in our room are okay for an overnight stay, but my back would punish me for a longer stay. Otherwise it was relatively clean and OK. The pub/bar is also the reception and also a smoking bar. When we arrived we were able to cut our way there...the breakfast room is separated and hardly affected by the smoke. As hikers, we stayed there for one night and the breakfast was also sufficient. There was also a transport service for us to the start of the next stage of our hike, as there is hardly any access to/from the house.

Barrier-free restaurant with smoking and non-smoking areas.We ate 3 different side dishes and 2 different main courses and were more than satisfied. The food is very tasty, freshly prepared and the portions are generous (burgers, for example, are top notch). The prices are perfectly fine.The service was very friendly, friendly and quick. You feel warmly welcome.Simply recommended if you don't require 5 star facilities (after all, it is an inn and not a 5 star restaurant)This won't be our last visit 😊

I was at the Nürburgring for safety training and had a room at the Gasthof Kempenich.Had a very nice evening with the regulars. The homemade meatballs were also very tasty. I'd love to come back to you when I'm in the area.

Reception is at the air bar/counter, which is filled with cigarette smoke. Rooms were clean. However, the furniture is more from the early 80s.

Ate fresh asparagus at the inn for Mother's Day today. Asparagus soup beforehand was very tasty and asparagus with schnitzel, everything fresh and plentiful.
