Great inn, more than cozy with great service - the two guys do their job in a very friendly and attentive way! Schnitzel and cordon bleu are really tasty and rich... but if I can give you a tip: people, try the cheese gnocker soup... I have never had such a good broth served in any inn! An absolute recommendation, thank you very much!

Have booked two nights in your guesthouse. My wife and I were very satisfied. Unfortunately, your inn was closed on these two days due to a rest day. But in Murnau there are a variety of options for delicious food. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty, plentiful and the lady at reception was very nice and attentive. Free parking directly in front of the accommodation! There is nothing to complain about at all! Keep it up, it's perfect. Highly recommended!LG, Martina & Andreas, ND

The inn is very comfortably furnished with a great ambience. We really enjoyed it there. Unfortunately it's too cold for the beer garden, but that's how you imagine a beer garden to be. We received a warm welcome and great service. The staff was very friendly. Our food was very tasty, you could hear that the schnitzels were freshly made. That's how you imagine it. Really recommended!

Beautiful old inn with a wonderful old guest garden and rooms on the upper floor. The rooms can be climbed via a narrow, rustic staircase, adding to the beautiful old flair. The breakfast room and also the guest room are lovingly furnished. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The rooms appear newly renovated and are functionally furnished and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's simply nothing to complain about.

Ambience great. Clean rooms. Friendly service.Unfortunately no sense of customer loyalty. Espresso came immediately, we drank it before it got cold. Accompanying apple strudel came afterwards. (Note from the service: next time say that we want it together) a second espresso with the strudel would have been nice.

We chose this beautiful place for a special celebration and we were very happy with everything. Super delicious food, refreshing drinks and friendly service staff. The beer garden has a particularly great atmosphere and you can sit nicely protected under the trees. We'd love to come back again and again :)

We booked an overnight stay in this beautiful guesthouse during a bike tour.The house is an old, renovated and charming building. Not far (walking distance) from Murnau town center.It is very quiet and the house has a beautiful beer garden and also has a separate bicycle storage where the bicycles can be stored overnight.We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the food selection and prices were very convincing. We would like to do that again sometime.The staff was super friendly.We had room 3, which is located across the hallway from the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean and had a well-functioning shower. The room had everything you needed. Only the mattress was quite soft and saggy. There was water, a kettle and a small capsule coffee machine in the room. There was also a television (which we didn't use).We didn't hear anything from the inn directly below, but we weren't in the room until late, and sometimes you could hear something from the rooms next door.Breakfast was sufficient and good. Fresh fruit, muesli, yoghurt, cheese and sausage - all served attractively and cleanly.Definitely recommended for 1-2 nights!

An old building with very clean and welcoming rooms. Breakfast is served on the table, only cereals and sweet spreads are available for you to take yourself. We also had dinner at the inn: very friendly staff, delicious food and cold beer. All served in a small and cool chestnut garden. What more do you want.We'd love to come back.

We are very disappointed. The performance has decreased enormously.The orders were brought to the table incorrectly (a wrong drink and a side dish change). The service was obviously annoyed by our comment about this.High prices are charged for the small portions. The quality of the roast pork was better. And we weren't nearly full afterwards.When we wanted to pay, the next table was charged and not ours. So we were stopped while leaving and had to pay again. (Only the missing difference)We wanted to order two desserts to go. First we were told that it would work and then it didn't work.So we won't be coming back, unfortunately we've been disappointed too often.

We went there to eat and it was really great! The schnitzel was very tasty, it came very quickly and the service was more than nice. When the weather is nice you can sit in the beer garden.

I had ordered "Tris", which came to the table cold. When I complained, the food was obviously heated in the microwave. In the vegetarian dish, one of three dumplings/doughnuts was completely burnt. The tomato butter advertised was a simple tomato sauce. There was no apology. We cannot recommend this restaurant!!!! Never again!!!!
