Super disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism!I specify an arrival at 7:30 p.m. and they call me back the same day to tell me that the meal included in the smart box is only served until 7 p.m.!!! The big joke! Knowing that we work and that we have a 2-hour drive?! They didn't want to know anything, so I had to cancel the planned stay. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment which obviously cares very little about the constraints of their customers!!!! Who eats at 7 p.m. on a Friday evening???Not to mention the extra to pay because in the smart box room the toilets are shared on the landing! Never seen this…. Cancellation without regret!

First experience in a guesthouse, we didn't have too much luck. Because we had to ask reception to open the skylight blinds. When we received the room access codes, they gave the wrong sheet because access to the front door was missing. What he does that we know we find locked outside, when we go for a walk. I had to call several times, and then confirm that I did not have access. Then, to each their own, but I think there was too much Christmas decoration in the hallway, it felt cramped.Apart from that, the room was good, even if the electrical outlets were complicated.We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner.

We stayed 12 days at ''Villa La Lorraine''. We were very well received. The village is located close to Germany and there are several sites to visit in the region.The room is very comfortable with everything needed to make your stay pleasant. Raphaël and Jonathan are attentive and attentive to customers.Breakfast is varied with good fresh bread without forgetting pastries, hot drinks, orange juice and little savory touches (cold meats, cheese) to satisfy everyone's desires. We were also treated to homemade Christmas cookies from the Region, a little touch that we particularly appreciated.Each room is carefully decorated with distinct themes. We had the pleasure of our experience during the Christmas period, the villa was beautifully decorated.Congratulations to Raphaël and Jonathan for their tireless investment and professionalism.You can go there with your eyes closed. We validate.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming, the house is huge and pretty but easy to find. We had the Lorraine room with the spa bath, the setting of the room is really very pleasant. The meals were excellent and the breakfasts too.2 dog friends keep us company Jack who loves cuddles and Phoebe who likes contact a little less but is nice all the same. Thank you for this stay.
