Some guests would say "outdated", I would prefer to call it charm. Our room was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable and pleasant for my sensitive back. The view of the Rhine was very beautiful and somewhat romantic. The breakfast was extensive and the scrambled eggs were on point. The service was very friendly and accommodating. What more could you want? We would love to come back here. Very goodPrice-performance ratio.

An outdated hotel on the Rhine. A warm welcome from the boss. The rooms are clean. The bathroom was very very small. The breakfast is sufficient but no fresh fruit apart from watermelon. The friendly boss should pass on some of her friendly nature to her employee who may be responsible for the kitchen. The hotel is very conveniently located for all kinds of activities.

We booked the hotel for a few days to discover the Rhine Valley for ourselves.In short, the location is great.Directly on the Rhine and close to the city.Restaurants and bars can be reached in no time.To the hotel itself,Our double room was clean, but also a bit old, which didn't bother me personally as we were only here to stay overnight.The service was nice and friendly.All in all, the hotel is a bit old and could use some renovations, but it was still a pleasant stay.

My stay at the Rhein-hotel Andernach was absolutely exceptional. The hotel is ideally situated, just steps from the banks of the Rhine, providing stunning views and relaxing riverside walks. The location is truly ideal, especially for people who value proximity to nature and convenient access to the city center.The hotel service deserves special mention. Each employee was extremely nice, polite and always ready to help and advise. Their friendly approach made me immediately feel at home, which significantly increased the comfort of my stay.Rhein-hotel Andernach is a place I will definitely want to return to. The excellent location and fantastic service make it the perfect choice for a successful holiday. I would highly recommend!

A small and charming hotel that impresses with its staff, direct location on the Rhine and close proximity to the sights of Andernach. A very warm welcome was my first positive impression. I had a single room with a balcony and a view of the Rhine on the 2nd floor and was able to enjoy a great view of the Rhine and the Rhine complex from above. I had a very clean and comfortable room that gave me enough space. Since I was only in Andernach for two nights, I didn't book breakfast because my vacation plans didn't allow for a leisurely breakfast. Therefore, there is no information about this. The staff there were always courteous, friendly, helpful and very warm. Since Andernach is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Rhine and Moselle and I can only say positive things about this hotel, I am already planning another visit.

The three of us asked for a single and a double room at the Rhein Hotel Andernach. When we wanted to see the rooms beforehand, the owner surprisingly asked us very rudely to leave the hotel immediately. He doesn't have anything free anymore. Very unusual hospitality in this house. Apparently the rooms don't speak for themselves.
