It happened to me for the second time today. My food did not arrive at the same time as the other meals in our small group. Everyone else had already finished eating when my dish was served. As was the case the first time, there was no apology. Unfortunately the pork loins were raw inside and inedible. The response to this criticism was rude and unfriendly. Unfortunately, this was also the case the first time.I can rate it positively that the other guests' dishes (pizza and schnitzel) tasted good.

I was one of the first customers and six years ago I left this review:"Looks like an amateur kitchen and doesn't have 40 years of experience (that's what the boss told us personally).Pizza (from the dough to the ingredients) tasteless (canned ingredients ??)Beer...era like water with paintWorst...dessert (ice cream for the children) was melted ;-( (waitress's excuse: "Yes, it's very hot in the kitchen")Sorry, but once there and never again."Today I returned after 6 years and with the hope that something has improved... and I can say that... unfortunately in 6 years there has not been the slightest improvement! For God's sake, gastronomy remains a matter of taste, and there is no arguing about taste, but here there can be no question of taste at all, and as an Italian I can say that the pizza has nothing to do with the Italian pizza and that says that someone who makes Neapolitan pizza with their home oven! The dough is artisanal and bland, as are the rest of the ingredients, from the tomato sauce to what was supposed to be mozzarella but was, in my opinion, not.The pizza tasted more or less the same as it did 6 years ago (so none), it's a shame, I always give a second chance, but there will probably never be a third!

My wife, my daughter and I visited our older daughter at the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress in Koblenz for her officer promotion. We stayed overnight in a suburb (Urmitz) and looked for a restaurant there for dinner. …

I have enjoyed being a guest for years.Yesterday something happened that I think is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE:A long time ago I heard about a hair in the food of a guest I knew personally and the "shameful" way the cook "Elena" handled the situation by insinuating that the guest was "responsible" for the hair in the food, claiming the guest is lying...I defended the staff afterwards - I just didn't believe that was how it happened.Yesterday I ordered a tortellini dish and while eating I noticed a short, black hair, slightly "curled", sticking out of the sauce on my spoon. I pulled it out and put it on the edge of the plate to show it to the "landlady Ana", saying that I had lost my appetite...She brought the plate with about half the portion left back into the kitchen, whereupon the "cook Elena" came to my table like a "fury" and with wild "explanations" ultimately insinuated that I had put the hair in the food. She didn't even allow any counterarguments because she immediately went back to the kitchen - angry. I was extremely "shocked" by the way I was treated, a good and generous guest for many years.Unfortunately, the incident described last year was confirmed. I later learned from a good friend who was also there, "I would have put my hair in there myself and would now be banned from staying there." Now lies are being used FRONT against ME.For ME, after THIS incident, the restaurant and its CREW are no longer a recommendation!!! To “approach” a guest like that and tell him the LIE is “unworthy”!This is NOT how you treat guests. You won't get any new guests that way!
