Not sure about the hotel, but the restaurant is great! Good location, very kind, quick and friendly service. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the ice cream too! Good prices. I would go back anytime!

What was that now? I wish I had looked at the reviews beforehand! Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative reviews. If you don't express any criticism, then everything is fine, but woe betide you... What's wrong with the woman behind the counter (boss?)??? The food is mediocre at best!Have you ever eaten good pizza or pasta? You don't have to go far, just stop by the Toscana Therme restaurant.The unprofessional reaction: “go eat somewhere else or open your own restaurant” doesn’t work at all!By the way, I just asked why it wasn't home-made pasta, as that was what the service advertised the day before. It's not bad, it doesn't have to be. Still just mediocre, I said, “It was OK.” And then such a reaction!! Luckily there are other options in this place as well! to dine.Oh well, the waitress with the blonde hair is the only bright spot in this place!

A wonderful beautiful cafe, patisserie, pizzeria in the center of Bad Schandau. Pleasant sitting outside. Plenty of tables to sit inside. A large selection of types of coffee, desserts, pancakes, waffles, pizza, etc. The service is very nice and helpful and fast. The lady owner is a very beautiful woman. Pleasant, kind, willing. Payment can only be made in cash.

We only ate ice cream here. The interior design and service did not encourage people to stay longer. A scoop of ice cream cost 2.5 Euro and tasted very average. Overall they weren't terrible, they were edible, but they weren't worth the price

We ate in the restaurant and were very positively surprised by the quality and beautiful presentation of the food - both the salad and the pizza were very tasty, especially the tomato sauce on the pizza was perfectly seasoned and rounded off the taste experience. Highly recommended!

Went there for coffee and cake.Everything was delicious and there were a few to choose from, especially when it came to cake. Service was also ok, although what was ordered didn't come but was resolved without discussion.No card payment possible is an absolute no-go these days, fees or not.
