I was only there one night.Where do I start?Very clean, starting in the hallway area. As well as in the entire room + bathroom.There were no round corners. You can tell that cleaning is done here really regularly!Modern room - comfortable mattress, not sagging.Communication promptly - very friendly and professional.The offer to reserve a table for me at Paul's didn't come across as intrusive either.I can wholeheartedly recommend the overall concept ❣️Thanks to a very empathetic Kati... kind regards Dani

Very nice and clean rooms. Checking in was very easy and there are plenty of goodies in the fridge, at a reasonable price. There were two of us and two dogs. Nice bed and good shower. Would definitely come back again.

Very nicely and modernly furnished, clean, great bathroom, view of a small pasture with sheep in the morning.300m away there is an Edeka with a bakery (Tackmann).While W:O:A is perfect for “winding down”

The room looked new and was absolutely clean. The bed was of good quality, even if, as is often the case, the double bed consisted of two single beds side by side.We didn't find it particularly exciting that the tea bags and coffee capsules cost extra, but the price was right.Parking was easily possible directly at the guesthouse.The rooms are very noisy.Overall, thanks in part to the price, we were absolutely satisfied and definitely slept much worse.

The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished.I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go there again.Even with a dog it wasn't a problem.The staff is super friendly and tries very hard!Overall a successful stay.

Absolutely first class at a good price!I was there almost 2 weeks.Very uncomplicated, free arrival thanks to the reception. Check in takes place via WhatsApp with Kati.This transmits an access code to the card safe and this is how you get your room card.A very nice and friendly host *****Always a quick answer!The rooms are new and quite large for a hotel room.Especially the rooms with the large windows seem even more spacious.I slept like a baby and that's a rarity.(unfortunately)The bathroom is modern and sparkling clean. In contrast to many other hotels, there is also a 1a shower head.Almost like home🤩There is also a small Mini bar with snacks and cold drinks.You can eat in the neighboring Uncle Paul Tennis Club. Only recommended.The citizen is a force and mega fries 😋All in all very very good🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kati met us with so much friendly flexibility that we and our people felt warmly welcomed and comfortable from the first telephone conversation and first WhatsApp communication. What a find. We stayed one night in mid-September 2023. Hökis Zimmervermietung is a brand new, 12 room, self service hotel. The design is outstanding. Everything is well thought out and works well. The bed is very comfortable. The room rates are very reasonable making the hotel a great value. We paid a lot more the next night to stay in Neumünster and the hotel, while fine, was not as nice as Hökis Zimmervermietung.
