A well-run guesthouse with very friendly staff. The breakfast was tasty and high quality, the room was good, but next time we would take one down.The arrival situation was a bit unfortunate, there was no one there and we had to walk to the restaurant, we were tired from a very long journey.Overall we were very satisfied and will come back.

Small but nice! The room was comfortable and although it faced the street, it wasn't noisy, we were able to sleep with the window open. Highly recommended is the breakfast with fresh and really tasty things, very impressive for the low price. And the lady at reception/breakfast was very friendly and attentive! We would definitely come again.

The guest house is located near the border with Basel in the border triangle.Very nice and accommodating hosts. Always my first choice when I visit my home and parents

I felt very comfortable here. The room was big enough for 1 person with a dachshund. The beautiful bathroom with the large shower, like at home. The staff is very friendly and animal loving. The breakfast buffet is huge and nothing is missing. Very rich, well presented. We'll definitely come back. Thank you for the great time. Now we go back to the island of Corsica. The season is now starting for us!

Clean and cozy rooms. Local TV channels only. We actually thought it was in the castle. But there is a house nearby. From 7:00 onwards you could hear everyone going downstairs etc.

We stayed in the guesthouse for one night while passing through. The breakfast buffet should be highlighted positively: everything is available, everything is fresh, egg dishes on request. Very nice service in a large, bright breakfast room. The room was tiny, but the bathroom was surprisingly large with a new, great shower. What surprises me is that some people criticize the church bells here, even though the house is right on the thoroughfare. The traffic noise bothered us much more than the church bells, that's how we often eat in the village. It's quiet at night because it's a small place, but rush hour traffic starts at 5:30 a.m., so it's only suitable for early risers/business travelers. Our room was also right next to the stairs, and here too you could hear every step of the other guests. The coffee corner provided by the guest house in the hallways is in itself a nice gesture from the hosts, but it also leads to guests making coffee or tea in the hallway after 10 p.m. or 6 a.m., chattering and unfortunately still talking on their cell phones, as we unfortunately had to experience.

The friendly service and breakfast were good.There is also a bathroom with a nice shower.Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep well because our room was almost directly acoustically connected to the hallway and the busy street. All other activities in the house could also be followed very well...!Dear hotel owners, something like this is not possible and we asked in advance for a quiet room. The cleaning could also be better (leftover food was found) and the beds were slightly stained.A pity.And, the guest house is not in the moated castle! It is about 100 m away and is a completely independent building, and it is a classic simple apartment house.

A very nice and cozy room.On every floor in the hallway there are water carafes, Nespresso machine, kettle with tea, etc.The breakfast is very good and rich, very good quality!Ms. Beha is a host with heart and passion.I felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

This is a very special and welcoming guest house in the beautiful, picturesque town of Inzlingen. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed and extremely comfortable; The surrounding area is quiet and scenic, and you have a number of attractions on your doorstep.The service in the breakfast room is perfect, breakfast and the coffee is also excellent!Keep it up.

This is a very special and welcoming guesthouse in the lovely, picturesque town of Inzlingen. We stayed here for about five days as a couple with a small baby, as an alternative to staying in Basel, and it was absolutely perfect. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed and extremely comfortable; the surroundings are quiet and scenic, and you have a number of totally pleasant small hikes right from the door.The location is perfect: if you need to get into Basel, it's extremely easy to do -- we did it by public transportation (bus and tram) in about 35 minutes, and shorter by taxi, if expensive. Most importantly, though, the staff here are absolutely world-class: kind, welcoming, and caring with us and a small baby. The breakfasts are also excellent!We also had dinner in the restaurant itself and it is magnificent -- creative, modern German fare that is a worthwhile splurge. There are other quite decent restaurant options around in the evening. A lovely spot!

Positive:Went to a wedding in the castle and the location was excellent as the guest house was a 2 minute walk from the castle.Modern, clean, simple, but still cozy “Nordic style” rooms, which I liked. The size is completely OK for a weekend, but for a longer stay it wouldn't be bad to use the higher room category.The small balcony that the rooms have also invites you to linger.I found the bed mattress comfortable and I also loved the large shower. The service trolley with coffee and water station on each floor was also great, as access was possible all day.The absolute highlight for me was breakfast! A delicious, rich buffet that sweetens your morning!The accommodation has its own small parking space, which allows you to park your car directly in front of the guest house.Negatives:Since I'm a bit picky, I found the pillow rather uncomfortable, but that's certainly a matter of taste.The really unpleasant thing was the church bell, which also rings on Sundays at 7 a.m. for what feels like a quarter of an hour and also announces every quarter of an hour with its loud sound. I slept so badly.

Great room, taken care of down to the last detail and with a personal touch.The key must be obtained from the water lock (Sunday). Parking is available in front of the Gästehaus. Small scale. Coffee, tea and water in the hall for the rooms. Dinner is possible in the castle with a modern menu. (Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)Minibar. Breakfast very extensive and delicious with great service. Seating outside. Only downside: no air conditioning.
