I was there with my parents as a child and now with my own family a visit to the tea room is an integral part of our holidays. It's such a homely atmosphere there and the cake tastes incredibly delicious. The service is always very warm

We followed the good reviews and just went here. The reception was super nice, the order was placed promptly and what can you say... the tea is super tasty, the coffee tastes like grandma's and the cakes are a dream. The iced chocolate is also fantastic. When it comes to furnishings, you can say that you sit in a cozy, large room and enjoy coffee or tea with cake.

The East Frisian tea room is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, perfect for escaping everyday life and simply relaxing. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic cake. Delicious, fresh and simply irresistible! No matter whether for a short stop or a longer stay, you feel welcome here and can relax wonderfully, a real insider tip for everyone who loves delicious cakes and a relaxed atmosphere. Reserve a table, recommended. We'll definitely be back.

We were traveling by bike and found this beautiful tea room. Great atmosphere... just as you would imagine a tea room to be. The East Frisian tea was very good and there was a large selection of homemade cakes. Simply delicious!

Were there again. A “MUST” on every vacation. A cozy cafe with friendly service. The cakes are delicious as always. Especially the ones with thatEggnog. I think it was the hurricane cake. But the others are delicious too. We think the price-performance ratio is okay. Parking is a bit difficult when it rains. We parked opposite where there was no sign indicating whether it belonged to the holiday apartments or the restaurant. The car was still there when we were done.😉

There is a very tasty breakfast here with a lot of choice. Very friendly service. Very lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable.

A nice, cozy place with friendly and great service.The tea room is located directly on a village road with very little traffic. But this doesn't bother you in any way.In the tea room you can enjoy delicacies such as the heavenly cake or the diektorte. All cakes on offer are homemade and are a visual and taste highlight.The staff is friendly and accommodating.I would love to come back.

We had pre-booked a table for two people for Saturday at 3 p.m. When you enter the room you immediately get the wow effect. Tastefully decorated and clean. Friendly welcome. Large selection of cakes that are a delight. Large selection of tea and cocoa.Customer requests are taken into account.We will come back here on our next vacation.For people with handicaps - of course barrier-free.Parking is available across the street where there is a small parking lot.The only negative point. Opening hours only from Friday to Sunday.

Very comfortably furnished. Home-baked cakes. Original East Frisian tea with a warmer. Very friendly service. A trip there is always worth it. In the off season only open on weekends. No way there is too far for me when I'm on holiday there.

There is only a small sign, so we drove past it at first. Unfortunately, there were no parking spaces signposted, so we first had to look for a public parking space a little away from the café. When we arrived at the café we were initially ignored by the older lady who was doing the service. When we asked politely where we could sit, we received the harsh answer that all free tables were reserved and we should sit at a table that was already occupied. However, there were only places available for two at one table and that was too uncomfortable for us. We then decided to go back to the Puppet Café in Carolinensiel, where, despite being full, we were politely asked to wait until a place became available, which we were happy to do.We don't know whether the East Frisian tea room offers rooms, so we can't provide any information.
