stood here from 15-06-2024 to 13-07-2024. We were standing on the field by the water.plus:-beautiful and very spacious place and at our place we were not bothered by rainwater despite the heavy and prolonged rain.-Everything arranged online so check-in is very quick-friendly reception at reception and helpful with questions- there are young staff in the catering industry; What struck us is that they are all very involved, friendly and helpful.minus:-these 4 fields (on the other side of the road as seen from the reception) have no access control. On the one hand, this gives confidence, but on the other hand, unfortunately there are visitors who do not respect the rest times and drive onto the site at night, causing some inconvenience.-It was neatly announced in advance that there was an emergency toilet building. However, we find the building dated and with 1 dishwasher which is not covered and barely lit in the evening, it is somewhat poorly equipped.-Some days, with lower occupancy, unfortunately no cleaners were seen. The days they were there were cleaned thoroughly.-There is a lack of maintenance, especially on the old part. For example, we saw a broken WiFi antenna, which dangled from the wire throughout the stay; a semi-permanent electricity on the old part. cable, which should have been in the ground; on our field, cables for the fountain and lighting lay across the grass (and were promptly hit with the lawn mower by a new staff member).Despite the bad weather we still had a nice stay. It's a shame that the catering industry is only open to a limited extent due to a lack of staff; ate several times; the food served has a good price/quality ratio to our taste.

Recently camped here for four days. Chose a place online with private sanitary facilities, the price was very good. The sanitary block was very neat and is a real pro for us. This may become the norm for us, but the general sanitary building was barely larger than what we had available. Shouldn't be fun when it's fully occupied. The place had been used intensively for us and therefore had a sandy bottom. Fortunately, the spot was spacious and we were able to find some grass at the very front. A ban on tent carpets that kill grasses wouldn't be a bad thing. The campsite is divided into two, with us sitting on the side without facilities. Swimming pool, spacious play area, catering and reception across the street. It's close by so no problem. Quiet area where you can cycle well. Beautiful MTB route in the area.

Well-kept small campsite not far from the German border. Playground, small football field with soccer goals and basketball hoops and a small pool. Generally a smaller, quieter place, but never overcrowded. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with or without children. There are also free poop bags for dogs, at least during the season. On the weekends, in season, the cocktail cart comes with music, sometimes there are bingo evenings or other things. All in all, only recommended.

Reception was good. The camping site was good and spacious with neat private sanitary facilities.Even if it is the last week of the school holidays, there is nothing left to do.Tonight we had dinner in the restaurant/cafeteria where the service consisted of 3 teenage girls. They found it more fun together instead of paying attention to guests.Ordered schnitzel menu. This came from the chip shop and you wouldn't expect that from a schnitzel from the butcher for €15, so it was greasy.1 br.hamburger special.Bread topped with cucumber and lettuce. On top of that the hamburger, with lots of fries sauce, barbecue sauce and onions. So not as we expected.Normally you get a different sauce, fried egg and tomato. So not for repetition unfortunately.

What a great campsite. Good accommodation. Staff really professional. Even during the sudden downpour, we saw someone driving around looking to see if anything had broken, I think. We were warned in time that there would be children around our log cabin, so hopefully we wouldn't be bothered by that. Everything really great. Atmosphere is also very cozy there. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACKBart and Inge from the log cabin.
