The thermal baths are beautifully located and have a lot of potential that is unfortunately not being fully exploited. Everything is a bit loveless, the infusions are not carried out professionally and are all very similar, there are no blankets in any relaxation room, and the nebulization in the steam room did not work.Day ticket from 12 noon at €95 including food and soft drinks sounds good at first. But the food consisted of a small salad buffet, soup, dry rice, dry chicken or noodles. And all day long on warming plates. The only highlight was actually the cake. Conclusion for us is we won't come back a second time.

Price-performance ratio is not right at all!Dirty windows, half of the showers and cupboards broken. But the worst thing is that the temperature of the air and especially the water is far too cold for a thermal bath! After two hours you are so cold that you have to leave (at least if you don't want to go to the sauna). Very annoying with such a high entrance fee!I won't go there again in the future, even though it used to be my favorite spa...

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not at all good. €95 for the ticket from 12 p.m. including the buffet is not affordable. The buffet consists of a soup and two ready meals, which unfortunately didn't even taste good. There was also a small salad bar, but the salads weren't entirely fresh. The thermal bath itself has two outdoor pools and two indoor pools, quite small but not overcrowded. The sauna was nice. Unfortunately we were disappointed and won't be coming back.We expected and hoped for so much and in the end we were really just disappointed.

A highlight of our stay in the resort were the daily visits to the thermal baths: starting with the morning water aerobics, attending the courses, swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools and taking a sauna into the sunrise. Sufficient rest areas and snack options confirmed the feel-good atmosphere.

Beautiful thermal spa and sauna area with a great location by the lake. It's just a shame that there were no blankets in the relaxation rooms (why?) and the Vital Lunch could also be expanded.

Went to the thermal baths for the first time, otherwise we go to Vabali. With a day ticket of €135 per person, we would have expected much more. The breakfast was okay, the thermal baths are beautifully located and have many offerings. The food in the bistro is an absolute disgrace for the price. The staff absolutely unprofessional. Apart from that, there is hardly any staff in the thermal baths anyway.Unfortunately, hygiene was also inadequate in some areas. There are always unclean areas and places, the view of the lake is through a dirty pane with spiders and bird droppings.Unfortunately we can't recommend the thermal baths, for the price you feel pretty ripped off...

Since you can rate the Hotel Resort Mark Brandenburg and the Fontane Therme separately, I will do so too. This review therefore explicitly refers to the thermal baths. The thermal baths are actually very nicely laid out, clean and in good condition. There are several saunas as well as the lakeside sauna with a great view of Lake Neuruppin. The usual infusions are available in the saunas. A nice idea is the "car wash" that you can walk through after a sauna session and feel like you're driving a car. Unfortunately, due to the relatively cool water, you can't relax in the swimming pool and you'll quickly be outside again. All four pools appear to be at the same temperature. One thermometer read 29°C, the others were out of order. Things were completely different a few years ago, so we booked an extra two nights in the attached hotel including a thermal spa.A thermal bath with lukewarm water is simply not possible, especially since the entry prices are sporty. In the future we will prefer to go back to the Havel Therme in Werder, where the temperatures are right and the prices are a little lower.

Drove for one hour just to face an abandoned reception desk and no one to answer. A machine was there to sell tickets though.

So here in the thermal baths the price-performance ratio is not right. €95 per person for a day entry (only from 12 p.m.!). The “culinary” canteen meal in the bistro is included there. And that's exactly how it feels...like a bistro with even worse food. As a vegetarian there is only salad and frozen vegetables. The only warm “dish” is with meat. More than unacceptable!! There was also a fully automatic coffee machine...we really didn't feel spoiled. The sauna area was quite nice. Especially the sauna with a view of more. Everything else was rather bland and didn't exude a feel-good atmosphere. You're not used to the Vabali or the Satama Sauna and they have much cheaper prices and fabulous food! However, the gym was really good and clean!Unfortunately the price is completely out of proportion
