What's going on here???? This time we were only here as a day guest, so we can't say anything about the rooms. More people should definitely say something about cleanliness and hygiene in the swimming pool. Everywhere!!!!!where you look there was algae (in the toilet area, in the showers, around the pool areas) really disgusting.I'm really shocked that the bathroom can still be used in this condition. Photos have been taken and will be forwarded to a responsible authority if necessary. I expect the operator to comment on these untenable conditions. In the back area the ivy has already made its way into the hall. Very decorative. However, it cannot cover up the rust. In the small sole basins there is a huge amount of brown sole stone or should we say sand on the bottom. One can only hope that the chlorine content is high enough to prevent health damage.We were pretty shocked at how such a system could change so negatively in such a short space of time.But our children still had a nice day playing sports (soccer, badminton, tennis)The food was good and presented nicely to the eye, unfortunately not very filling. But you shouldn't put too much strain on your stomach before exercising. 4 small pieces of liver with a spoonful of mashed potatoes and some onions for almost 20 euros... I hope something happens in a positive direction in the near future.

We 2 adults and 2 children felt very comfortable there!!! Rooms are big and nice. Swimming pool is very pleasantly warm with a long slide, etcStaff very nice. The hammer on top of that is the dinner “M E G A delicious”!!! We will come back ;-)Kind regards, the Adermann family

I had to stay overnight because the journey to the customer in the morning would have been too long.Just booked and then couldn't find the entrance...The lady at the reception was amazing! With a lot of humor she got the idiot customer to the entrance.Yes. I can only laugh at myself.The entrance to the swimming pool is also the entrance to the hotel.When I got out I saw the sign...But: the service was relaxed and courteous the entire time.I would go again and watch the turtles in the restaurant.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. The breakfast was rich, I didn't miss anything. We didn't take advantage of the sports on offer, we were out and about in the area. The old town of Neuruppin was easy to reach from the hotel. We'd love to come back.

We met as a seminar groupAt the beginning of September 24th in the Sporthotel Nrp.The hotel with service, reception andAccommodation was excellent.The3 course menu for €32 was inadequateStarter and dessert wasVanilla pudding with fruits.The skin passage of burnt salmonmixed with warm cucumber saladwith lentils and undefined garnish.Not recommended.

Because of the rainy weather we went to the sports pool to pass the time. There is a separate swimming area for the little ones, you can also swim and there is also a slide.

Nice apartments with parking space. Newly and modernly furnished, floor-to-ceiling showers. The only difference was that there were two small balconies instead of one large one.

We were currently guests as a family!!!!Very good cuisine and very good service in the restaurant area!!!!All the staff were very accommodating and nice!!!!The entire property was absolutely clean!!!!We thank you for the lovely stay !!!!!!!

Rooms (also single rooms) very spacious, shower a bit small, very nice team in the hotel and restaurant. 5 minutes to the lake promenade, quiet location.Since we were there during the summer holidays, the pool was open all day. The otherwise restricted opening hours are clearly published on the website

We stayed at this sports hotel with my family. We chose this house because the use of the swimming and adventure pool was mentioned - so we were independent of the weather.On site it turned out that the opening times of the swimming pool were very limited, e.g. Tuesday only open from 6.30 a.m. to 8 a.m. (getting up at 6.30 a.m. on vacation to be able to swim is unacceptable for us) and there was hardly any possible use - that was on one evening Pool occupied by water aerobics and student group. This is not indicated in advance in any way.It was confirmed to me that this criticism had already been expressed several times - but nothing had changed until then! This is underpinned by the fact that I did not receive a call back to my repeated unsuccessful call attempts from the boss who gave me my name, and there was no response to my email from July 16th to date.Finally, I would also like to mention that the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and attractive.
