We like it in the holiday apartment. Very quiet location. Would love to come back.

As others have already written, everything is very dark and quite old.It is very loud from the stream and also from the other tenants.But the surprise came when we got home.I got a call saying we had stolen the bedside lamp in the bedroom. You can also replace your furniture.Neither I nor my children saw a lamp there.Since I didn't think the apartment was very great, I unfortunately didn't take any pictures.Be careful when booking here! Because you don't see the woman when you hand over the keys or when you drop them off. That was the biggest failure. I've never experienced anything like that, it's always nice to collect photos as evidence or it's best not to book there in the first place!I was there alone with my children, but we didn't feel the need to steal a lamp!No bread service or anything like that.You couldn't regulate the fridge so everything froze.No radio as described.Photos completely outdated apartment very run down.There were dead flies in the closet.The toaster and microwave were in the hallway.We didn't find any barbecue facilities either.Everything in front of the house was very messy and run downCannot recommend

We stayed in the holiday apartment for 1 weekI have to say: I found it clean but everything was run down. It starts with the coffee machine. My husband still screwed the table tight. Bed sheets torn. Parking spaces are far too small. Children's room, bedroom, stairwell lighting very poor. Contact was only by phone and paper. I found it very unfortunate ☹️. If someone asked me, I wouldn't recommend the vacation rental. But the one against is very 🤩

Nice apartment but unfortunately a bit dark. Hostess was very nice. The active card was also great because we could use leisure activities for free. Great price-performance ratio. Aldi and Rewe are all nearby. Bachmaier Bakery is also open on Sundays. We will definitely come back.

We booked the holiday apartment from May 25th to May 29th, 2022. The location of the apartment itself is very centrally located. But arriving at the holiday apartment was already disappointing. The parking lot and entrance area looked very unkempt. There were full garbage bags hanging around in a completely boarded-up hut and it was very messy. We then moved into the Silberberg holiday apartment on the upper floor. The furnishings of the apartment are simple but functional. Unfortunately there was a constant smell of urine in the bathroom. So now to the main point of criticism, immediately after arriving in the room we noticed a loud and annoying humming in the living room. After a quick inspection of the property, our suspicions were confirmed. It was a water turbine that, fed by the adjacent stream, was used to generate electricity. Shortly after arrival, a message was sent to the landlady asking for a response. This has not happened until today, May 31, 202. After being content with very little sleep for 3 nights, we decided to leave a day earlier than planned because we had no chance of recovering. We definitely cannot recommend this holiday apartment.

owner tried to scam us and we were in danger.at the last evening of our stay, they came to collect the paymant, we had the money ready, booking'com told us what we needed to pay but that wasn't enough, we needed to pay extra cleaning and tax, they sayd this tax only applies in Bodemais and we all know something like that isn't true, something like that is national.we paid the money Booking'com told us to pay but this wasn't enough,we tried to talk calmly to them and asked if we can check things by calling booking'com but every reaction we got were threats. while hearing allot of threats we spoke to booking'com and they told us we only need to pay the price on the booking.com site, after many threats and after my friend almost got hit by the appartment owner we called booking'com again and they gave us a free emergency appartment for the night.We tried to leave but the owner followed us with hi's car to the location where i parked the car. i got in the driver seat and the appartment owner used violence to hold the door open and stole the car key, i got a hand flesh injury by hi's doing, he quickly drove away and back at the appartment the police arrived. i showed them everything what the owner had done and they understanded the situation. after some talking with the police i had 2 choices, starting a lawsuit due to the threats and damages he had done to me and damaging the car's ignition, or leave the appartment and not having to pay the extra money, the owner gave me this choice and we just wanted to leave that hell, so we did the last thing. We got help from the police getting away from the appartment. Booking.com got us for the night a fancy 4 star hotel with breakfast in the morning.and last of all they advertise with free wifi, yes there is a wifi point but very slow.luckily we recorded audio / video just incase.I advise everyone to avoid this place if you want to stay healthy and have a nice hollidayI thank booking'com and the German Policethey'r help

The last evening of or statement and that was nice but we pay the price of or statement and the owner wants more money and we said no and the owner was upset about it and they where mad they endangered and we though we get out of this place and the attacked us the owner was trying to strangle the friend of my sister and te owner call the police and the police stand on or side because the owners they could speak english they say if we could speak germany so we call the organisation of the booking and the said that they have fixst another statement and we are also shock about it and they where going mad at us.

Very nice hosts!!!The apartment (Kronberg) was pleasantly cool in the great heat! The apartment is very clean. Drinks can be purchased in-house at the purchase price.With the “aktivCARD” given by the host, many leisure activities could be used free of charge. A very great offer and big savings, especially for families!We really liked it!👍👍👍Thanks for the nice time!
