Warning, very long text, but be sure to read it before booking this accommodation!!!Hello everyone, yes, that was a failure. Very beautiful landscape. The accommodation falls short of a deadly trap. Why? The gas radiators in each room are ancient and, according to the sticker, were last serviced four years ago. The gas price is utopian, €4.85 per cubic meter, especially in this weather. The most severe thing is the musty, moldy smell in the bedrooms. Conclusion: We had booked for a week, after only 2 days we had to leave the holiday home due to headaches, shortness of breath, swollen red eyes and nausea. The consumption bill was also tough. For 4 cubic meters of gas and 6 kWh of electricity we were relieved of €21.80. What we really dislike is the fact that the owner doesn't care what health damage his holiday guests have to expect. This has been known to the owner for a long time. Not to mention the sink, which hasn't been repaired for six years, as can be seen from several guestbook entries from 2016 and 2018. This guestbook is on site in the hut. It's incomprehensible that the owner doesn't feel in a position to remedy this after so many negative reviews. When looking for accommodation, we specifically looked at sites that offered holiday homes where dogs were welcome. There are only a few reviews on these sites, most of which are good, which is why we booked there. We assume that the reviews there only refer to the fact that the surroundings are very beautiful and fantastic for a holiday with a dog. If you leave the dog out when booking, then the hut will be offered on other sites and the predominantly negative reviews will be there. If we had only read these beforehand, we would have been spared all this!It is of course completely clear that we won't get a grand hotel if we book a hut. Nevertheless, we can expect that there is at least no health risk. Ultimately, the lady on site, who is only responsible for handing over the keys, is at a disadvantage if the guests are dissatisfied or even end their vacation in this hut prematurely. They even confirmed to us that this happens often. We hereby expressly warn against booking this holiday property, especially people with respiratory diseases and families with small children!!!

The hut is beautifully located, the facilities are sufficient, unfortunately you cannot use the bedrooms due to an extremely musty and moldy smell. Out of necessity, we put mattresses on the floor in the living room.

We stayed in this holiday home in the summer of 2020.We have never experienced anything like this.Musty, moldy smell throughout the house. Mold growth in the bedroom on the walls. Wallpaper was put over the mold growth. The area around the house was very unkempt and neglected. The house is absolutely not recommended.
