The slightly different private accommodation. Different, but very very good different! Starting with the charming hostess, the beautiful rooms (3 in total), the great and delicious breakfast selection... and the approximately 15-minute walk to the city center, where Speyer's pulse beats.If I could give Villa Anna 8 stars, she would get that from me too!PS: If you can't live without a TV, the rooms are deliberately equipped without a TV, but there is WiFi. But that's exactly what appealed to me, *not* always being exposed to the charms of the modern world. Reading again, dealing with yourself, going for a walk... I thought it was great!

We spent a long weekend in Speyer as a married couple. The hostess made it possible for us to have a wonderful weekend in the accommodation with her kind spirit.A super good, fresh breakfast, great rooms (without TV, which we found pleasant) and a very pleasant location.Yes, it's about a 15 minute walk to the city center, but you can't have everything.What Heike “invested” in this accommodation and how nice and friendly she looks after the guests: compliments! You will also receive great and valuable tips about locations and excursions.This wasn't our last visit to Speyer-- nor the last with Heike

Heike was a wonderful host! Friendly, helpful and made a delicious breakfast for us each morning! The room was very clean, comfortable, and private. Truly enjoyed our stay! ||Location was fantastic, with an easy walk / bike ride into town. Street Parking was easy as well.

Absolutely top experience. Great, totally clean, newly renovated, total peace, very nicely decorated in every detail. Breakfast was plentiful, wonderfully delicious. The villa looks very beautiful from the outside and inside. The short-term booking worked perfectly. The room was great and very clean. The owner is very warm and helpful. The breakfast was varied and super tasty. The wishes/preferences/intolerances of the guests are taken into account. The city center can be reached on foot. I can recommend the bed and breakfast 100%!

Villa Anna is an absolute recommendation! We felt very comfortable and Heike is a very open, friendly and pleasant host. The house, the surroundings, the rooms and especially the breakfast are 1a. Gladly again when in Speyer!

Heike is the best! A large, beautiful wooden table in the kitchen with a view of the garden, a great breakfast with regional ingredients, with freshly baked cheese and semolina muffins or egg dishes of your choice, coffee, tea and everything else your heart desires💚!There are also wonderful recommendations for winemakers in the Palatinate, for the best butchers and the bread supplier "Bread Purists" - everything is perfect.The rooms are tastefully and stylishly furnished, nice light, a nice little desk and a large bathroom - what more could the guest want?But the best thing is Heike's host gene - the soul of Villa Anna, with a lot of heart and attention to detail, makes even the shortest stay a "week-long break" for its guests - see you again!

We really liked room three 12 with its special layout. The beds are comfortable. The whole house exudes a cosiness. Heike is a great host and does her job with dedication. With her attention to detail, she prepared us a fresh and delicious breakfast (vegetarian, etc.). We were completely satisfied and would have liked to have stayed longer. The recommendation to friends has already gone out. Absolute recommendation!

Was here this weekend and was/am thrilled. The Villa Anna in Speyer impresses with a very reserved, but very tasteful ambience. Everything you need is there. I found it pleasant that there are no TVs and, which is unusual, there are no pictures in the rooms at all. The rooms themselves have a very relaxing effect. Mrs. Frank makes a great breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired and she is also a very pleasant hostess.I was able to store my bike in the garage!Overall, the sustainable overall concept of Ms. Frank and her villa is also convincing.I'll definitely come back!Oh yes, the beds were fantastic! :)

Wow, a really fine, real bed and breakfast, just as you would imagine but rarely found in Germany. The owner makes you feel very welcome as a guest from the very first moment. And then the organic breakfast the next morning, great, you can't help but be amazed. The beds are also excellent and so is the location to the city center. Absolutely recommended.
