I had a flight change and had to stay in Munich overnight. Thank god for Napcabs! Not only was it more affordable (nearby hotels were about 250-500 euros), it was super easy to access and it's right within the Terminal 2. WIth just 12 euros per hour, my 7 hour expense on this was very much worth it. This place gave me the rest I desperately needed.The only downside of it is the lack of washing facilities (sinks or toilet) but there is a public one down to the right that's available for use. Do expect it to be rather noisy with the foot traffic and I would definitely recommend booking a room in advance if you can. I was lucky enough to snatch up the last one (there're only 2)!

Napcab was not cleaned before my arrival and was disgusting. No answer from customer service, no way to change pods and I had reserved 8 hours so it was quite expensive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Couldn't lay down on the filty bed and even after a week have still not received any response from the company.

I reserved a nap cab for my daughter who had a layover in Munich and she sent me photos of debris and hair covering the sheets and pillowcase of her pod indicating it had clearly not been cleaned between customers. Disgusting. I reached out to customer service immediately and three days later have still not received a response. Cannot recommend based on cleanliness and lack of response if you have a problem. Very unfortunate. It’s a good concept with extremely poor execution.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had. I booked the napcab on the night of 23 July and I paid in advance. When I arrived both the napcabs are broken, there are no places to insert the pin code. I had to sleep over on a bench of the airport and it did harm my health. And then I requested a refund and I called them many times, still there are nobody treating my request. I feel very disappointed with this whole experience and I will continue to contact them until they return my money.

We looked around for 20 minutes, we couldn't find it, we asked the officials, the police, some said on the left, others on the right, if you could provide some details on how to get to each one, some landmarks, some concrete pictures, it would be ideal. Google maps gives you directions outside the airport.

Fantastic option for a low stress start to the day with a flight too early for a public transport connection. Spotlessly clean, convenient, modern and I slept like a log..can't ask for better than that..

I almost froze to death in this freezer, the temperature wouldn't turn up.You should also perhaps explain to the cleaning staff what NABcabs means. They talked so loudly throughout (talking is a good word, shouting) that I couldn't sleep.

Clean and comfortable. Extremely rude cleaning ladies. They were very loud, screaming and swearing, and upon asking them to be quiet, I was hit with a ‘I don’t speak English’.I believe employees should be given at least some kind of information about how to behave in such a place. Disappointing.

Very convenient and good price. Used one at Munich airport terminal 2. The U.S version called minute suites is way more expensive and basically the same thing just a little smaller.

Convenient, but a little expensive. 2 hours 30 euros! Every hour during the daytime 15 euros. At night there is a different tariff. It’s convenient that the machine has a menu in different languages.

Both cabins in Terminal 2 near Baggage lost room always say "Waiting for Cleaning". So don't rely on these nabcabs. Even for 17 Euros an hour it doesn't work! Very unprofessional
