Very nice hosts. Ideal location, train station, town center, outdoor pool and hikes can be done on foot. It was important for me because I traveled by train. Bus stop for the local bus is nearby. It's true that the furnishings are older, as I personally don't replace the furniture every 10 years and the mattress was very good, so that wasn't a problem for me. Breakfast was very good.

Price-performance is good!The house is getting old. The whole house smelled of smoke.The rooms are not up to date, the armchair was broken.Breakfast buffet is also getting old, there are no vegetables or fruit on the buffet, which should already be available today.Regular guests are treated as present, new guests are just there.On the journey home we weren't even wished a safe journey homeWe can't pass the house on to friends.🤔We love coming to Bodenmais, but this time we didn't have so much fun on vacation, we didn't like going to the room because of the smoke smell.🫣The house is nothing if you have something on your feet or if you are older... because of the stairs at the entrance you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs.👎

Short stay for a skiing weekend.Decent older bed and breakfast. Simple furnishings, everything is a bit "worn". However, clean and with “charm”. Cozy breakfast/lounge room. Rich breakfast buffet.Very nice and attentive hosts.Accommodation prices are cheap.I would be happy to book again for my next short stay.

We were there from September 4th, 2023 to September 7th, 2023We were there for the first time at the Hotel Christinenhof and can only recommend it. The hosts are very friendly. We also have a small dog who was warmly welcomed. Breakfast is plentiful. We will vacation there again. Reiprich family.

From September 9th to 16th, 2023 we were guests (double room) at the Hotel Christinenhof.The friendly welcome, a nice room with a balcony, the breakfast room and lounge; (with traditional charm) ensured a feeling of well-being.The breakfast buffet was good and sufficient.Restaurants for dinner are nearby within walking distance.As seniors, we found it pleasant to be in the hotel with coffee from the machine and drinks from the refrigerator(including good regional beers).With the good weather it was lovely on the terrace.We are happy to recommend the hotel, not new but very clean.We experienced a very pleasant family atmosphere, thanks to the Bodenschatz family.Two satisfied guests from Brandenburg.

Been here a few timesvery nice hotel with typical Bavarian flair.Supermarkets and the city center of Bodenmais are within walking distance.Two waterfalls and other must-see things are just around the corner.With the spa card it is possible to use the ski buses to the Großer Arber and Bretter Schachten.Absolutely right for the price!

We stayed at Pension Christinenhof for 2 nights. The location was perfect for walking to the center or the waterfalls. There are also parking spaces directly on site. We arrived early and were greeted warmly. The hallway took some getting used to, as it smelled a lot of smoke. Our room was for non-smokers, spacious and clean. The only things we were missing in the bathroom were hand soap and a hairdryer. The breakfast, however, completely convinced us. There were fresh rolls, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit salad and eggs. The coffee was the best we've had in a long time. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here. We can recommend it.

Small hotel with a family atmosphere. Very friendly hosts, good and plentiful breakfast buffet style. 5 minutes walk to the city center and still in a quiet location. Starting point for many hikes directly from the hotel. We really enjoyed it. Really recommended. Thanks again to the friendly hosts.

It was perfect as a starting point for our hikes. We also found very, very nice hosts. A good breakfast, a balcony with a wonderful view and, above all, a quiet location, although only 150 m from the center. So we were within walking distance of the outdoor pool or the numerous inns. We'll definitely come back.

Small family pension with charm. Not new but clean and nice rooms. The hosts were very nice, breakfast buffet style was absolutely sufficient. Quiet location near the waterfalls, within walking distance of the center.

We stayed here for a week in September. Were greeted very friendly. Our room was very nicely decorated. The breakfast was rich and our half board in the evening was good. All in all a lovely holiday with lovely hosts. Gladly again.
