Unfortunately I cannot confirm the good reviews. We had booked accommodation for one night and were cycling (Elbe cycle path). Due to an approaching thunderstorm, we were there at 1:40 p.m. When the doorbell rang, no one opened the door. No one could be reached at the three phone numbers provided. A woman walking in the yard said that the boss would come in an hour. The story in brief: After 1 hour 40 minutes of useless waiting, we were just about to drive on when the 65-year-old Ms. Plötze drove up in a white SUV. Her cell phone would have been stolen and it wouldn't be normal to arrive until 7 p.m. In summary: A very unpleasant contact. There was no apology, nor was there any explanation as to why no one could be reached at the other numbers. Just a sloppy mess. We then looked for other accommodation. By the way: Of the 11 different accommodations on the Elbe cycle path that we drove to, this was the only bad experience.

We slept in separate small brick garden houses. Unfortunately it was colder in there than outside. Small bathroom and unfortunately everything without heating. It was too cold for us. Breakfast was absolutely great, unfortunately on the second day the coffee and the breakfast egg were cold. It's also a 50 meter walk to breakfast, but ok. Hardly any internet and WiFi didn't work for us either.So if you want it to be quiet and simple, really great.

We were overcharged, rooms were superficially clean, difficult for people with dust allergies, beds don't have a real slatted frame, only roof slats as a slatted frame and thin mattresses on top, so we didn't sleep well, otherwise the complex is a pretty little pearl, good for short stays Not suitable for vacations, no response to emails, you have to call

Even if we were only guests for one night, we felt very well looked after in the bungalow. The proximity to the restaurant was very pleasant and the breakfast was 5th star. The nighttime silence in the place was fantastic.
