Zero from zero. This landlord is not worth one star.First of all, we never received an email from him. He made us look stupid... Then we wanted to get into the house with the access code. That did not work. Called again. In the end we were allowed to go home because we were too stupid to enter the code. impudence. I will never recommend this. We had our son with us and our small dog. An absolute disappointment.

We booked the Linne apartment. The location of the apartment is good, approx. 3 kilometers from the large Spreewald harbor in Lübbenau. Several supermarkets are a maximum of 2 kilometers away. The apartment is very large and spacious. Everything was clean. Towels and bed linen were there and, as is usual in a holiday apartment, you make the bed yourself. The apartment is modern and in good shape. There is a fly screen 🪰 on the windows everywhere. The terrace is covered so you can sit outside when it rains ☔️. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. The garden is very beautiful. And it's very quiet. Perfect for relaxing. Thank you very much, gladly again.

We spent two relaxing nights here as a family with 2 teenagers. The Wolfgang holiday home is very cozy and the garden is lovingly designed. Everything you need is available in the house.

We had a wonderful girls' weekend in the two Linne holiday homes. The furnishings of the two houses are as shown in the pictures and in the description. The cozy and lovingly designed garden invites you to relax after a trip and in the evening and in the morning you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast. Despite being directly on the street, you have peace and quiet and can only listen to the chickens on the neighboring property. In any case, we felt right at home from the first minute. A little tip: Please don't forget mosquito spray or incense sticks, then nothing stands in the way of a relaxing evening. We ordered the bikes straight away through the landlord and they were ready to leave when we arrived. We would like to thank you in advance for the great stay and the nice and problem-free conversation. 🤗The proximity to Lübbenau is ideal for excursions.Excursion tips: Paddling tour with boat rental Petrick Lübbenau, Spreewelten Lübbenau, restaurant "Bei Benno's" small and cozy, large portions, very tasty and for a small thaler.

Preferably no star at all, that's the unfriendly landlord we've ever had on the phone. Disrespectful statements, insults and things like that are not acceptable. Since my husband comes from Lübbenau and grew up there, we come to Lübbenau every year. That's why we definitely won't put a cent into this accommodation. Given all the bad reviews, it was the right decision to book somewhere else. Stay away from this accommodation...NO IT WAS NOT DUE TO BOOKING BECAUSE THE BEDDING WAS ALREADY INCLUDED. YOUR CHOICE OF WORDS TOWARDS US WE ARE TOO STUPID TO BOOK PROPERLY EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SENT YOU SCREENSHOTS THAT WE HAVE STATED THE CHILDREN AND THAT THE PRICE DOES NOT MATCH BOOKING. YOUR WORDS: THEN WE SHOULD CANCEL YOU HAVE ENOUGH INTERESTED PARTNERS AND HANG UP.

After politely consulting the landlord about questions about the booking process, he reacted in such a rude, impudent and insulting manner. "My family would be too stupid about the booking process, others would be able to do it too, I should cancel my booking, after all he would have a lot of other interested parties." I have already made a number of bookings via Booking but I have never experienced such an unprofessional manner anywhere . Never book through this Mr. Linne Senior again. I can only advise against it!!!!!

When we arrived here, the first impression was nice, very comfortable. Upon closer inspection, the joy quickly disappeared again. We were 3 adults, one of whom had to spend the night in the top floor, which wasn't actually possible. You couldn't stand or get dressed. Everyone had to make their own beds. As far as cleanliness is concerned, it leaves something to be desired. Cobwebs on the ceilings and lamps. The coffee pot was completely black on the inside with old coffee, the toaster was completely rusted. You don't want to make coffee, let alone toast something. For that much money, never again.

We had a wonderful four days because the weather was very good. The dining table was exceptionally high, as were the stools. It was a stretch and a gymnastics act to get on the stools. Unsuitable for older generations and people under 1.70 meters tall. There was a pan and a small pot but a lot of cleaning supplies. You have to bring everything with you. The mattresses were ok but there was no slatted frame, just boards. The toilet needed cleaning from solid dirt. But the heating worked wonderfully. Unfortunately the TV didn't, but that wasn't the case so important. We prefer not to talk about the sofa. There are blankets. The garden corner is really nice. Value for money wasn't there but it wasn't advisable either. Unfortunately, many suggestions have already been made, but they won't be implemented. Kind regards

It was very nice here, the whole house was warm and cozy, the garden also had its own barbecue area and everything was there that you have at home.

We had Haus Linne and it was quite okay...we booked for three and one person had to sleep on the couch, which didn't fold out, so in our eyes it wasn't a sofa bed...a little tip: salt, pepper and coffee filters would be nice and a little short of dishes...otherwise it was very nice...that's our opinion...a small string of lights on the terrace would also be very nice
