Really great attentive operator couple. Great goulash, lots of patience with the children too. Actually and obviously for holidays with dog(s), but also without, we were warmly welcomed and would definitely like to come back.

Very lovingly run guesthouse with a lot of heart. Price-performance is simply great.Typically Bavarian furnishings. All the rooms I have seen have been lovingly renovated and furnished.Fantastic for people with dogs.Booked a delicious breakfast and a great dinner.Cuisine like grandma's, we recommend the knuckle or homemade meatballs with mashed potatoes. You can literally feel the love and warmth of the hosts.I'm actually a sea person... but here you can fall in love with the peace and power of the mountains...I felt super comfortable.Only recommended!

We had a very nice few days with Karen and Jens. I honestly can't understand the bad reviews. Of course you have to open the gate to drive in. The vehicle is not parked somewhere outside. Dogs run free on the property, so it has to be closed and there are short ways to unpack and pack up. The property is signposted from the street and easy to find. The breakfast was good. Delicious coffee, perfectly (not hard) boiled eggs every day with us, various rolls, sweet and savory spreads/toppings, as well as muesli and sweet or natural yoghurt are possible. Yes, there could have been more fruit/vegetables, but it wasn't actually missing. The dinner was great, but the scheduling was a bit difficult for us. But here too you could call and if necessary the microwave would have worked for us personally. But the two of them were considerate of us and wanted to prepare it fresh for us. Microwave would probably be below their standards. If you have a fundamental problem with the times, you can cancel dinner. In the end, communication is the be-all and end-all and fairness towards the guest and the host should simply be given. After all, the two of them also have to plan.Everything worked out great for us. Thank you very much!Since we didn't really sit inside much, I can mainly rate the outside. You just sit really well there. And we were always asked whether we needed the light at a late hour. But if you don't look at the stars there at night, you'll have bad weather or completely different problems. The view directly to the Lusen is just so, so beautiful and the neighbor's horses are snorting in the background. We also received ear plugs. I'd just like to have the neighbor's roosters on my plate next time.😉It was a nice, relaxing time. Good location for planned hikes or tours like ours.See you, hold your arms and hug the dogs,Diana

We have been there twice now and I can only recommend the Wildererhof. It's just fantastically beautiful there, it's in a quiet location. and you can go on nice trips with your dog from there, it's all very uncomplicated because the dogs can move around the property without a leash if they are tolerant and trained. The owners Karen and Jens are absolutely top class. And we have already become a second family. The food that Karen cooks in the evening leaves nothing to be desired. Anyone who finds something negative should question themselves. The breakfast is also super delicious. The sympathy for both of them was so good on the first visit and their manner was so warm that we definitely had to come back. I can really only recommend the Wildererhof.
