Beautiful clean accommodation, also suitable for small children. The cottage is well equipped. The owners are very helpful and kind, communication with them is always fast and without problems. I can only recommend the accommodation.

We can recommend the cottage U Studánky to all families with children who are looking for a pleasant and cozy environment near hiking trails and sports activities. Communication with the owners is fast, pleasant, and they are helpful in everything. We certainly haven't been here for the last time.

Perfect accommodation and 100% service from the owner. An excellent starting point not only for hiking and cycling trips, but in winter ideal for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing

I don't write reviews at all, but I can't do it here. In one year, we managed to be at the cottage twice with friends. She completely charmed us the first time. A wonderful environment that is cozy but at the same time there is enough space for everyone. Everywhere is beautifully clean and the owners are great, helpful and always helpful. The second time we were just as impressed with the cottage as the first time. It's a wonderful place and we certainly haven't been here for the last time ☺️

From the inside, a cozy cottage on a tourist sign, so an ideal place for trips (even with children). The cottage is, although it doesn't seem like it from the outside, spacious and newly renovated. Everything is clean, the rooms are big enough, the beds are very comfortable, the 3 bathrooms are sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. Adults and children also enjoyed the infrared sauna, which was a pleasant diversion on cold evenings. However, in order to be awarded five stars, we lacked direct access to the garden (you have to cross a public road) and we were also disturbed by motorbikes, which have frequent "races" around the cottage in the summer. But at night it was beautifully quiet.

We used the accommodation at the beginning of June as a group of 11 adults and 2 children. Great satisfaction, spacious cottage with all equipment. At night the weather was cooler, it was lovely to sit by the country fire and later by the fireplace inside, the heat is distributed to all the rooms. A bonus was the possibility to order a keg of beer, which was already tapped upon arrival.

We spent a pleasant family long weekend here. The cottage is very tastefully and cozily equipped, one of the bathrooms even has a bathtub, much to the delight of the children. Unfortunately, the weather didn't work out for us, so we spent time in the common room with the fireplace, and it was nice that we had a completely luxuriously equipped kitchen right next door with a tap. The cottage is ideal for a cycling stay, it is located at the intersection of cycling routes, there is a place to store bikes. The negotiations with the owners were great, you actually had the feeling that your friends were lending you the cottage. The only thing that bothered the older members of the family after sitting for a long time were the relatively narrow benches in the common room, which is probably due to the historical function of the cottage....a cycling and jogging pub, where you can have a drink and fart away. Perhaps it would be worth considering to replace one of the tables in the common room with more comfortable seating, for example in two armchairs. It's just a topic from our side, which definitely didn't spoil our good mood and great impressions from the stay. Thank you, we will definitely be happy to come back here.

We were at the cottage in the summer with extended family. 5 rooms gave everyone enough privacy, and the kitchen with a common room, in turn, space for time spent together. (Two great fridges, we couldn't fit in one. ;-) ) And three completely renovated bathrooms was perfect comfort. Friendly owners, interested in our needs. Surroundings - beautiful! A complete escape from the madness of everyday life! In order to satisfy our cultural needs, we visited Dresden, which is an hour's journey away, where we visited an amazing exhibition of historical weapons, armor, a jewelry store, a mint....We definitely recommend the accommodation and the region! - i.e. those who can do without shopping centers and the hustle and bustle of the big city... :-)And not to forget - the cottage is beautifully clean!Thanks a lot!!!
