Unfortunately I only drove past last week. If I had had a break I would have stopped in, great location for hikers and cyclists, idyllically located 🤘👌

It's sad how this once beautiful place has degenerated into a garbage dump and junkyard

Great value for money! The rooms are very clean, the operators are very, very friendly. Unfortunately there is no TV in the room, but given the location that's not necessary. The food is cheap, but there isn't a large selection. The breakfast is very tasty, even with fresh eggs from our own chickens. Any time!

Absolute disappointment after we chose this place as a place to stop for lunch on two winter hikes in Oberholzhau, after signs offering us this along with opening times, but it was still closed every time!!!And in this area you really don't have one restaurant next to the other, you walk for miles and then in vain. One would have accepted a closing day (if at least stated), but it was simply closed randomly and several hungry families stood in front of it, uncomprehending and indignant, especially since the light was on inside and the table offered a small but very appealing selection of food. An unfriendly, poor German-speaking Czech woman with a mouth full of gold teeth harshly turned away those waiting with the words that no one was there...and that happened two days in a row, as it happened that we passed there twice in a row.All in all, you probably won't be waiting for guests there, especially in the middle of the winter holidays.

Very pleasant stay in a quiet environment. We were warmly welcomed and looked after just as warmly! We were able to dine in a family atmosphere at a great price-performance ratio and the rooms were also in a super clean condition. All in all: simple and great. Thanks again for that!

We have been here at least once a year for several years now and are always warmly welcomed. There is always a place to sleep, even at short notice. Our wishes for the kitchen were also always fulfilled. We will be happy to come back in the future.

Just rubbish and junk in the yard. The once beautiful dining room stinks and is completely dirty. The hosts are not very happy about guests. We went backwards out again.

A real insider tip, wonderfully warm, especially in winter with an old stove. This is where the word cosiness comes from, let the innkeeper tell you the story and drink the local beer

Completely overwhelmed innkeepers, three types of soup made warm from a can, long waiting time even to pay. Kind of reminded me of 1980.At least the cozy atmosphere is right.

Beautiful, nice, clean and recommended, especially in winter. The breakfast is very tasty, you have to walk a kilometer to eat.
