Ostsee Ferienhaus Achtern Diek

We stayed at Haus Achtern Diek for the second time in May. The house was super clean again. There's really nothing missing. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the large garden. The deposit was refunded very quickly. Bookings have already been made for 2024. The house itself, as well as the location, is simply great.

We recently spent our vacation in the Nordstern holiday home in the California holiday home area. We can really only recommend the house. We are still thrilled with the facilities and the location. Many thanks also to the Gosch holiday home rental team - your support throughout our visit was excellent! From booking to reception to accessibility and supplies on site, your service gave us a very relaxing time! The construction work in the last construction phase, which was announced in advance, did not cause any disruption and we were able to enjoy the wonderful weather to the fullest. We have already booked for next year and are full of anticipation :-)

Caution!!! Not recommendable!!! Brazen and shameless!!! Rip off!!!We were NOT informed in advance that the entire area was a construction site and that construction was going on all day right next to our terrace, mostly with heavy machinery. So sitting outside during the day wasn't an option (and we had wonderful weather). In addition, everything was dirty due to the construction work and we had to clean it every day. Really great on vacation!!!It is very difficult to reach someone because they are only available for two hours at lunchtime and not at all on weekends. After two days we finally had the baby high chair that was missing. However, this could not be used because it no longer had any straps to fasten. Plus he was totally screwed, no thanks!The house itself was nice, but we had no electricity or light on the terrace. Unfortunately, there is a lot of sitting outside in the evening.We had no trash cans 5 out of 7 days. But since we had a baby and dogs with us, we could only store the garbage outside. There was a small storage room, but it was full of construction waste. We had to clean up the street three times in the morning because animals tore up the garbage bags.We complained. We were told to just take the garbage to the neighbors. "Hey, Mr. Neighbor, I'll throw my diapers and dog waste bags in your trash."? No thanks. We decided to leave the rubbish in front of the door and clean up the street. Of course, it also says very well.After the construction problem, we were told afterwards that we could have gone to the beach all day given the nice weather. Apart from the fact that this answer is also very cheeky, it wouldn't have been possible with two dogs, a baby and a 78-year-old person.We then demanded a refund. After some contact, I was simply told off and told me to sort it out with the landlord.We initially asked for 50%, but then went down to almost 20%. The landlord simply transferred 14% without my consent and subsequently claimed that he knew nothing about the 20% we had demanded from Urlaub-Gosch. Since then he hasn't responded to messages at all.I can only warn against this company and its landlords. We feel ripped off and cheated. If only we had at least been adequately compensated for the defects. We really had to save for this vacation for a long time and are very disappointed.UPDATE: An employee from Urlaub-Osch just contacted me and asked me about this review. I would have received money (which, as mentioned, I did not agree to) and therefore no rights or claims. Finally I was threatened with a lawyer! This is how we deal with customers and criticism here.

There is a garbage chute for household waste! Great if you live on one of the higher floors!Close parking spaces and a short 900m walk to the beach are of course real bonus pointsthere are many cafes within walking distance

Excellent customer service from a super friendly team on site. Always advice for things to do and an open ear. Also WiFi in the apartments. Lovely again!
