A very bad place to sleep. It is not clean, sometimes it needs to be disinfected. The hotel has a problem with insects, which have multiplied everywhere. My colleagues ended up with bites and itching.

Good place for short stay but not for mid or long stays.Because of work related reasons I was sleeping here for a few nights.It’s a new built complex of maybe around 250-350 rooms.The parking options are very great. There is a big area in front of the building and a big roofed area under it.The small reception is on the far side of it and the only time, when I have met stuff there, was when i had checked in. All the rest of the times, I didn’t spot a stuff member.The Rooms are clean and have a nice size.The kitchen was a little bit too small and what have bothered me, was the leak of kitchen utilities, like plates, cups, cutting boards, knifes etc.When I consider the fact, that the room normally would house 2 persons, the useful utilises in the kitchen are not enough.The location of the building was okay.When you would like to buy some food the next supermarket is just 5 min away by foot.To get to Landshut it takes a few minutes by car.

Nothing wrong with staff or the hotel, other than the bed bug infestation in room 413. It is disgusting. These are my bites to date that gave come out... I expect more to follow. Just horrid me never ever again |

What can I say? A gathering of workers from all over the world. The shower and sink drain is clogged. After turning on the water harder, someone's hair started flowing out, I almost let go. After informing the manager, no response. A typical workers' hotel. What counts is the money, not the customer. You probably won't use the Internet.

Bathroom was okay except that the drain in the shower was already blocked in several rooms.Have you had a bad experience in the kitchen, some of the dishes are dirty or just a spoon and three knives? Deep plates are only available in some rooms and pots are not always available.The room smelled unpleasant when we moved into it, but it was quickly ventilated.All in all, no recommendations.Okay for a short stay but if you're on Monday it's really not nice for several weeks.Location is good, next door to a large shopping center but that's it.If you ask if you can get a sponge and dishwashing liquid, are you told that you have to buy them yourself? I've never experienced that before either.Overall, a fair 2 out of 5 stars would have been closer to 1.5 stars.

Location: approx. 12 minutes to the center of Landshut, next to a shopping center with nice shopsCleanliness: good and satisfactory, no defects experienced except for dishes in the mini kitchenFacilities: empty: no soap, waste only in the bathroom, no cupboard, only pendants on the wall, no kettle. There are few dishes for 1 to 2 people, the kitchen is very practical with a fridge-freezer and microwaveBathroom: very modern and satisfactorily clean. Little toilet paper, water temperature in the shower easy to use but very unstable, hot and cold changing (summer 2024), also broken vent, very unpleasantBed; Very comfortable, pillow relatively soft but uncomfortable for me.Service: very bad, reception can only be reached by phone, room service staff indecent and civilized. Can't speak German. The boss at the reception was nice at the beginning, but when you called several times because of a need, she was very rude and disrespectful.Overall, the social level of employees and guests is clearly low, no civilized behavior, bad smells and smoking, in the evenings many people stand downstairs and around the hotel drinking and smokingI would only recommend it to a limited extent

Hello everyone,A very, very poor quality.. In the hotel reception staff falls.. There are no soaps in the bathroom. And shampoo. The phone number you entered cannot be reached.
