Overall, a fantastic kid hotel. Obvious thought has been put into the design, there are so many options we didn’t even have a chance to do everything! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious, definitely above average restaurant food. Our only complaint is the beds and pillows. The bed is incredibly hard and uncomfortable, the pillows very flat and worn out, I think many of the rooms have been renovated and they may have nicer beds, but the older part has definitely not been renovated. I think if you want the bettered beds, you have to pay more money for the better rooms.

This hotel is amazing for anyone travelling with children. Everything has been thought of, from child height handrails up the stairs to baby feeding zones, soft play, swimming pools, waterslides, giant indoor sandpit, teen lounge with air …

Update: After a year living in Germany and staying in 5 different kinderhotels, this one is number 3.Kids club: I think there was just one main club area for all kids. Requires notice the day before or any kid.Room: Room was getting a little dated, but very large. The kids' rooms had no windows and were quite stuffy. Big bathroom with a fiber optic ceiling of "stars"Food: Food was ok, nothing memorable. Nothing bad. But, they had some included alcohol, none of the other 4 kinderhotels do that. There was a special dining experience that we did not get an opportunity to try.Drinks: plenty of drink stationsSpa: Really unique, completely separate adult and family saunas and steam rooms.Special Amenities: A kids bunny hill with magic carpet, a huge arts and crafts room, a movie room with popcorn machines. Ski-in-out. Petting zoo with multiple types of animals.Playgrounds: Multiple outside & inside (largest indoor playground complex).Pool: Fairly large kids area that was separated from the large pool. 4 slides (one big and 3 smaller). Ok sized main pool that is indoor-outdoor.Location: ski-in-out (only kinderhotel I saw this at). But otherwise, in the middle of nowhere. Great views.Parking: All outdoor, and down the hill from the hotel.

A well equipped and friendly hotel, with fun skiing on the door. We came here with out 6-month-old over Christmas and everything worked out well. The childcare was professional, the food was really good. The pools are also very clean and kid friendly. The ski resort is small but well kept, plenty to keep a family occupied for a week.

It was a last minute decision and I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The amenities cater for kids of all ages and for us adults. The indoor playgrounds are so cute and safe, the outside environment is well integrated to the natural mountain/forest scenery, there is a cinema where we could also buy fresh popcorn and what can I say about the spa area and the pools/ water slides/ sauna ? We practically lived there. There are so many things a family can do and thanks to the children supervision parents can enjoy alone time in the spa as well.Everyone was super friendly and we got the impression that they were really happy to work there. Positive vibes everywhere.I totally recommend it and we will definitely visit again.p.s.not wanting to give only 5 *, I have to say that the unique thing not working perfectly was the WiFi connection :( Due to the Easter holidays and probably a system overload, we could only have WiFi on specific areas in the main hotel. Where we stayed there was no connection but the staff was extremely helpful and tried their best to explain the situation and accommodate us. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our tech-free holidays.Well done to the team!

I went there with my kids (3) by myself. The hotel is super well equipped with playgrounds, kids club, pools, theatre, and much more to entertain the kids. The food is good not a lot of variety. The rooms are a bit old but comfortable. What I didn’t like is that in order to have your room done you have to book it or let the reception know which kind of service do you want. We will definitely go again.

First things first: Highly recommended despite the price. We went with a 4 months old baby and could not use all the offers for kids. But alone the nanny service, and the general kids-friendly equipment such as rental strollers and changing stations everywhere, including in our room. You can absolutely recreate the same experience in a normal wellness hotel but the "ease" made this a very relaxed first vacation with our daughter. We will be back again and probably try different hotels with the same "brand"

I've never been to a place that manages to balances kids AND parents interests like the Allgäuer Berghof. They literally have something for all ages. Add to that the well maintained and spacious facilities, amazing all-inclusive food and drink options, and the breathtaking views and you have yourself the very best family hotel resort we've ever been to. Worth every penny
