We have been enjoying going to this holiday village for several years now. We have also successfully advertised it to our families and friends. We like the beautiful location and the great view of the countryside. We have always come to a super clean apartment, which is what we find in other Allgäu residents This is not necessarily the case in holiday villages. We would be happy to come back and say thank you to the whole team.

Very nice and dedicated team at reception. Unfortunately, the quality and care of individual houses deteriorate from year to year. Broken furniture, worn-out installations, no internet, sagging mattresses... the list gets longer and longer as the years go by. And that at higher prices. As a regular guest, it's a shame to soon have to draw the consequences from this.

We had booked "Edelweiß" - Sonnenhalde 15. The house is superbly equipped. Some of the furniture is a bit older but everything is intact and clean. We'd love to come back.

We‘ve been staying here for holiday most years for over 30 years. Some apartments are better than others (some have been modernised), but the resort is quiet and peaceful with lots of great walks on in the area and several options of restaurants in the village. A great base for exploring the Allgäu.

Beautiful holiday complex in Missen near Immenstadt. The place is very central and you can quickly get to Oberstdorf or to Lake Constance.The price-performance is also great.

We discovered the holiday village of Missen in the Allgäu 20 years ago and have often spent our holidays there since then. Spontaneous short stays are also booked from time to time. At the beginning with the children, later as a couple.The complex is incredibly beautifully located! :)At the beginning there was still the “Kreuzwiesenwirt” in the complex. You could eat very well there! Unfortunately, the inn hasn't existed for many years. That's more than a shame...As another reviewer already wrote: Some bathrooms are very old and really need to be renovated. Some owners have already completely renovated their apartments, which is great! When we last booked, we made sure that the apartment had a renovated bathroom, if possible.There are some apartments that have already been completely renovated, which is great!But especially if you're traveling as a couple, you usually take a holiday apartment of the "Schneeheide" type - and none of them have renovated bathrooms and the kitchens are also getting old.Unfortunately the bread roll service has apparently been abolished? You used to be able to pre-order bread rolls which you could then pick up at reception in the morning.A very big negative point for us is that we now have to check out at 9 a.m. on the day of departure! That's just too early! This is also a reason for us to look elsewhere at the moment. The last day of vacation always has something of a feeling of being thrown out. You should be allowed to stay at least until 10 a.m. so you can have another coffee. We don't even talk about breakfast anymore.For us that means: sitting on packed suitcases in the evening, getting up in the morning, taking off the beds (if bed linen was borrowed from the holiday village, you have to take it back up to the reception), taking out the rubbish, loading the car, handing in the bed linen and keys, paying, leaving.That's such a shame because we always felt very comfortable in the holiday village. Especially because the administration team is always very friendly and accommodating! :)The team definitely deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Totally quiet area, comfortable beds, house number 40 even has an infrared cabin

We have been spending our holidays in the Missen holiday village for 15 years. Initially with family, now mostly as a couple. We really like it there, the surroundings are very nice and quiet and there are lots of excursion options. The staff at reception are always very friendly! :)However, some apartments are already getting old and the bathrooms in particular urgently need to be modernized! This has already happened with some apartments in recent years. 👍🏼 A lot has happened in terms of organization, which I find very positive: Arrival and departure are now finally no longer only possible on Saturdays. And this year we even had WiFi included in the rental price (😉), which wasn't often possible before but is a MUST for me these days.We were also able to pick up the key for our apartment using a code at the reception key box without having to register. But that was probably also because the reception was only staffed until 12 p.m. that day. Regardless, everything was very well organized and we were able to move into the apartment quickly.What I still complain about, however, is the check-out time of 9 a.m. I think that's way too early. It should be 10 a.m. by now. There's really no time left to at least drink a coffee. Let alone if you still have children to look after before you go home. That's no longer the case for us, but in recent years I've always found it associated with a lot of stress and, if I'm honest, it always annoyed me quite a bit.But all in all I can only recommend the holiday village.

The room was nice and well equipped. The location was wonderful! Everything you needed was within walking distance. Only the issue of internet connection is annoying. Otherwise it was a great vacation, definitely worth repeating
