The hotel is a true gem for romantic stays. As soon as you enter, you are warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly and courteous staff, who make every guest feel welcome. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Getting there may be a bit challenging - be it by car or on foot - but the effort is more than rewarded. The view that opens up is spectacular and makes you forget every difficult moment.Unfortunately, accessibility to the hotel was limited due to technical problems. We were only able to reach the hotel by phone in the evening from 6:00 p.m., and no contact was possible at all by email. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel offers a perfect mix of romance, hospitality and family friendliness in a beautiful setting. Staying here is definitely a worthwhile experience.

Art Nouveau villa located on a hill with a beautiful view of Blankenburg and the surrounding area, within walking distance of the tourist information office (small castle) and the old town (you can also walk up to the large castle from here). The 13 rooms (spread over two floors) offer plenty of space and comfort. Food is regional and seasonal, but a bit rich. The drinks are international. The hotel also has a small hotel bar. If the weather is right, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view with a drink.

Nice little hotel. Not just for vacation, also good for business trips. Rooms match the ambience well. A little simpler but stylish and clean. The restaurant serves, among other things, good vegetarian dishes and generous portions.Staff is very friendly. There is a beautiful forest right behind the house. Just a few minutes' walk away you will find adventurous rocks with an impressive viewpoint.Free parking spaces directly in front of the villa.Hotel is highly recommended.

Nice room, good breakfast. Nobody at reception, restaurant and terrace closed.Bad service, forgot jacket, after calling 15 times they only answered, they sent it, but after 2 weeks I still received nothing. In the meantime, I called 10 more times without answering, and 4 more unanswered emails, no response and no jacket received. I also indicated that I would reimburse the postage costs.

Cozy hotel with ambience. Very friendly and not too crowded. Good starting point for Quedlinburg and Wernigerode. Since the ticket is included in the tourist tax, you can safely leave the car behind. The Devil's Wall begins behind the hotel. Breakfast is brought to the table. Dinner is also served from a small but very fine menu. It's beautiful very romantic.Best regards.
