SURPRISE for my friend was a success...everyday life was over...next morning he went on a business trip.Very nice location for 1 night, super close to Spandau train station.Simply,what you need, cleanto sleep, shower, friendly staff, breakfast from 6:30 a.m. (we couldn't test it, train left at 7 a.m.)Uncomplicated.You shouldn't have high expectations.

Arrival for five.Staff was unfriendly... Furniture broken... Old wooden windows (when they opened they came halfway towards me and didn't close anymore)... Breakfast was bad... And the big joke was the saying... PLEASE DO NOT THROW TOILET PAPER INTO THE TOILET... ...What!!!!!!I wouldn't book there again for that money

People be careful not to book here The very last, staff unfriendly Room so inappropriate the pictures from the operator partly old or fake and the smell in there moved out again on the same day and no value was attached to the money because it was an imposition... We found a great hotel 200 m away which is recommended…. But if you want to throw away your money and can tolerate the smell, please come here 😂😂😂

The hotel has a 1980s atmosphere, but it must be admitted that it is clean, the breakfast is very good and has a large selection. The hotel is perfectly situated near the station. Close to everything.I highly recommend it.

We are simply thrilled! Due to some reviews, we had a rather negative “anticipation”. Luckily, these reviews have not been confirmed in any way!The rooms are super big and our room had a nice balcony. The mattress was totally comfortable and everything was super clean. We find the old facility very charming :-) The parking spaces are great and quite safe thanks to the backyard location.The breakfast is absolutely sufficient and varied. The staff is incredibly friendly (from the cleaning lady, to the breakfast ladies, to the reception). And the location is perfect too! The price-performance ratio is more than good!We'll definitely be back!!

Not recommended if you have to travel by car, the promised parking space has not turned out according to the motto who comes first is lucky, arrives at 8:00 p.m. is unlucky, and breakfast with rolls and sausage from the discounter is a no go in my opinion Recommend it to my boss who planned it for me. If you don't know it better, it feels like you're in a luxury apartment

Location-wise, it's okay. 10 minutes walk to the train station. Buses run in front of the door. Parking is rare. There are none on the street, it is very narrow in the backyard. The rooms in the annex are old. The standard is very low. Breakfast was good. It was okay for one night.But next door there is the best kebab in town. Even in the middle of the night.

The lack of air conditioning was felt during the 30-degree heat. Nice ladies.The breakfast wasn't great, it had rolls, cheese, cold meats, some sausages, scrambled eggs and that's it. But you don't always have to run to the store.Edeka shop, pizza and kebab nearby.I do not recommend a room facing the street. Tragedy, noise all night long. If it wasn't the cars, the Germans were partying, and when they finished, the drunk Poles were screaming. Overall ok for one night.

We had the room because we wanted to go to the Waldbühne. I can only recommend. It's a few steps to the S-Bahn and then only 2 stops.The room is small but nice and clean. Many would write again now...everything is getting old blah blah... Yes, it's older furniture. But, they are in great condition and are not falling apart. It was very clean. We slept well. There is also a small breakfast buffet. There is something for everyone. Rolls, toast, cheese, sausage, eggs, jams...

About 10 years ago I lived in Spandau, I often walked past it and always thought it wasn't inviting...So now I was, so to speak, forced to book a room there, and lo and behold I was and am totally impressed. The young man at reception was very friendly. The room is decorated in a simple late 80s style. Tip top clean. Bed, bathroom, towels fridge all neat... even under the bed haha. The next day a small, rich breakfast buffet with everything you need, well-kept, fresh, tasty... Croissants and pancakes warm from the oven, etc. etc... the only thing you could point out in my opinion is that it is in a residential area without many attractions .. but there is a bus stop right in front of the guesthouse and just 5 minutes on foot from the S+U Bahn Rathaus Spandau... you can easily get anywhere...Protected parking space in the back yardAnd non-smokers everywhere...

Stayed here for the 2024 cup final. Staff was friendly, we got free parking (attention! Very narrow access!), breakfast was of a low standard.Otherwise, €159 for one night/2 people is far too expensive for this accommodation. In the bathroom, the joints are partly black, limescale and soap deposits in the soap compartment are clearly visible and have brown edges. The shower drain was dirty, no drain protection, just a hole in the tub. In the sleeping area there is exactly one socket, but (positively!) there is a refrigerator. Overall very noisy and worn out, invoice only upon request.Unfortunately, this guesthouse took advantage of the fact that tens of thousands of people needed accommodation this weekend and charged exorbitant prices for it.Well, we won't come here again and can't recommend the guesthouse either.
