Great place to stay, friendly family owned farmhouse with beautiful views close to Thiersee and 15 minutes from Kufstein.

Unfortunately a disappointment for us. We had booked a room for two weeks. It turned out to have no small refrigerator, no kettle or coffee maker. During those two weeks, the owner hardly contacted us. Not once were we asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. The room was not cleaned in between and after eight days we asked if the bed linen could be changed and the room cleaned. Towels and toilet paper were not replaced or replenished. By asking, we discovered that we had to indicate this ourselves. We could use their old kitchen. The dining table was sticky and the refrigerator was also not very clean. No tea towel or washing up liquid and we had to ask for this (twice). The balcony was very narrow and you have to share it with 4 other rooms. The site stated that there is a small fee for bringing a dog. After reservation it turned out to be 10 euros per night. Then you expect the room to be cleaned regularly, at least vacuumed. So that didn't happen. We have spent many holidays in Austria, but have never experienced this before. The view, on the other hand, was really great.

We were warmly looked after and felt welcome. The Wanishof is in a very idyllic location and we were able to start many activities from there.The children can discover a lot on site and engage with the animals and enjoy the spacious garden with a trampoline and swimming pool.We would vacation here again 😃

Beautiful old farm with a new apartment house. The apartments are spacious and adequately equipped. Sorting waste takes some getting used to. The landlady is super nice. It will definitely be a lovely, relaxing holiday here. We liked it very much.

We like it so much that we have been coming there for 37 years (sometimes several times a year!) Very hospitable and excellent care! Perfect for walking, skiing and also the Almabtrieb (bringing cows back from the Alm after the summer) is a nice tradition!

Super nice and child-loving hosts. Numerous opportunities for children to play (sandpit, slide, swing, trampoline, pool, pedal cars etc., chickens, goats and rabbits) super idyllic location with a fantastic view.
