Very nice holiday apartment. Everything you need is there. We brought bed linen and towels with us. I don't know if you can rent it. Apartment is located on a quiet street. 10 minutes to the beach. Dogs allowed.

There were 5 of us on this farm,3 children, 2 adults.On the positive side: the location is perfect. It's about a 4 minute walk to the beach. There you will find restaurants and small shops.The apartment was clean and warm. (travel time at the end of October)Now to the negative: declaring this farm a farm is simply wrong. There was 1 chicken, about 5 sheep and 4 rabbits, 3 ponies.The children were not allowed to feed the animals and, ideally, not to touch them.There is no trace of bulls or cattle. Collecting eggs was also a lot of work as there was only one chicken. The “farmer” excused this with a maggot attack in May.The website also states that bed linen and towels are included in the price. This is unfortunately not the case. 12 euros bed linen and 8 euros towels per person. Smoking is prohibited on the entire site. Even on your own balconies or terraces.The latter is always a personal feeling, but the owner seems unfriendly, cold, annoyed and arrogant.We're definitely not coming back.

Even though it's been six months since my visit, I don't want to miss the opportunity to leave a positive review.The first thing to mention is that we received a very friendly welcome and were given a short tour.We had a holiday apartment in the family house. The apartment was really well equipped. Underfloor heating and external blinds, so great for families with children.The offerings on the farm were also great, children's playground, play barn, vehicles and a small paddock with sheep and horses.In the neighboring building there is a "tea kitchen" as well as a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used for a fee.The location of the farm is great, right in town and everything is within walking distance.Conclusion: 100% recommendation

We were there as a family a few years ago. Very unfriendly hosts.The yard was full of gravel. The children do not use pedal vehicles.It's not a typical farm. We didn't like the way the animals were kept.There was no warmth in this "yard".We had a holiday apartment like a small terraced house. Clean but totally uncomfortable.The only thing that was good was the location.

A very nice holiday farm with lots of space for the children. There are sheep, goats and horses. There is also a digging box, stilt house, play barn with table football, table tennis, straw bales for climbing, climbing wall, pedal cars, trampoline and a games room. The location is very convenient to the beach, shopping and bike rentals. The location of some of the neighborhoods directly on Dahme's main street, which is sometimes busy, is somewhat disturbing.

Yes, what can I say... I was very disappointed. We used to go to the Dahmerhof often as a family and it was always great.This time it was very impersonal and what was a shame was that the cattle are no longer there (but they are still on the website). Pony rides only twice a week instead of 3 times. Maybe you can update the website so that you aren't so disappointed. The apartments are all getting old. Our apartment had a terrace, unfortunately the step was so high that neither my son nor my grandmother could get onto the terrace without help (it looked different in the photos).Conclusion:We wouldn't vacation there again.All the best for the future!

All in all very nice. Unfortunately, some of the animals were no longer there at the time of our stay. The sheep herd was reduced a few days before our arrival. There is a weekly schedule where appointments for riding and feeding the animals are offered. Unfortunately only feed the rabbits and horses. Cows or bulls, sheep and goats, as well as chickens are not fed by the guests. The Mumm family is really nice and they run their farm lovingly. The bungalows are clean and well-equipped. There are lots of great things to do for children. Play barn with hayloft and trampoline, Kettcar, etc. We have a barbecue together on Wednesdays. Great, recommended. A little more animal contact would be great. But as I said, the Dahmerhof is recommended.

Great, family-friendly, perfectly located farm.We can only refute the negative report about the keeping of animals. Ponies, sheep and the goat were on their pasture all day, only going into the stables at night. Yes, chickens and rabbits live in a shack. But it is appropriate for the number of chickens. The bulls had already been sold when we visited. The stable is accordingly empty. However, the stable corresponded to the standard that various farms can demonstrate, which ultimately sell their meat in the shops as organic meat. Overall, the economy on the farm was not disrupted, but rather provided further holiday highlights through occasional tractor rides.The play facilities for the children were in very good shape. No need to worry about running after the little one and trying to ward off danger.The gravelled yard is actually a challenge for pedal vehicles. But this also gives parents the opportunity to push their children or pedal on their own and the kids ride along.Climbing tower with slide, digging box, nest swing, playhouse, etc. are all easy to use and independent, even for the little ones. In the play barn we were just jumping on the trampoline in lots of sunshine.The absolute plus is the location of the farm. Run 500 meters and your feet are in the sea. On the way to the beach you pass a good bakery and a small supermarket (which has everything you need at reasonable prices and even has a meat counter with regional products). Opposite the supermarket you can buy fresh fish to take away and prepare yourself or eat straight away in the directly connected restaurant.The beach offers something for everyone within walking distance. Lounging around in the standing basket, playing sports with the beach volleyball and beach soccer field or accompanied by your four-legged friend. The family-friendly dog beach is separated and clearly demarcated from the rest of the beach by the sports area and a surfing school.On the promenade there are the usual shops with clothes, dit and dat as well as the obligatory Italian, Greek, kebab and a few ice cream, waffle and fish roll stalls.The farm makes it easy to get in touch with the other families and the children are immediately out and about together. The Mumm family, who run the farm, are Nordic friendly and warm. Feedings, pony rides and a barbecue evening during the week are a nice supporting program but not too intrusive or too much.We are completely satisfied with the holiday.Next time will definitely be booked soon!
