The house is in reasonable condition. There is only one real criticism: the way the employees treat the guests. A gentleman with glasses and thinning hair at the reception. Pointy statements with a clear tendency to overestimate (arrogance), the guest should also feel as such. Since there are a variety of options for overnight stays in Neuruppin and the surrounding area, I would not book this one. Conclusion: Everything depends on the employees.

After we checked in there and found out that our expressly requested booking of a historic double room had unfortunately been lost, the response was immediately very accommodating and professional and we were given a nice upgrade, the house's suite. Thank you very much again for that! The whole house, as well as the rooms, are super clean and modernly furnished. The suite has a great view of the lake, the furnishings are lovingly modern with rustic elements that are just right. The beds are very good and guarantee a restful sleep. I would like to make a small suggestion for improvement regarding the breakfast. The buffet was already full of breakfast at 8:30/9:00 a.m. (cheese/cold cuts). The rolls were practically counted out with no choice and no fruit left. Something like that is a shame. Otherwise we were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.
