Simple and cozy rooms with private bathrooms.There is also free coffee etc. and water available.Definitely perfect for a weekend as it is right in the center.Arriving with heavy luggage is tricky because you can't park there directly but would have to go into the parking garage.By the way, the parking garage is only a 5-minute walk away.So conclusion:Completely recommended for a short trip!Ps.: We were here for the chocolate festival :)

Nice little guesthouse with clean rooms and friendly management. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties (old house with narrow stairs without elevator). No breakfast option, but downstairs there is a good café with a great breakfast buffet for little money. Reservation recommended!)

A great hotel right in the pedestrian zone. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. There is a coffee machine in the hallway that you can use for free.The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Super cute and cozy accommodation in downtown Wernigerode. Great service (we were called in advance and given all the information as we arrived late)Parking is possible in 5 minutes in a parking garage at an unbeatable price!The only negative point is the bed, it is just too soft and therefore uncomfortable.We will come back and choose this exact accommodation again!

Nice place to stay!Located in the center of old city.For me it was a little bit difficult to find entrance because the ground floor of the building is occupied by café and stories. Unfortunately Google direction was not precise and people around can not help by name of hotel.So ask for "Schlemmer Cafe". And look for green door on the left of this café)Room was good to get rest before and after trip to Brocken mountain.Staff was friendly and helpful.There is coffee machine on second floor.You can buy a great breakfast in "Schlemmer Cafe". It is open at 7 am, so you have plenty of time to go to the train station for a trip to Brocken.For travelers by car - this is closed area for car. But you can park at CONTI PARK Park House Old Town (CONTIPARK Parkhaus Altstadt) which are only 7 min by walk from hotel and cost 6 EUR per day.And you could find spare broom for a trip to Brocken upon front desk (see my picture:)

Friendly woman, clean rooms.You just shouldn't arrive with heavy suitcases, as it's not accessible by car and there are very steep small stairs in the guesthouse.Coffee machine is great on the 1st floor, but it is very loud and can be used from 8 a.m.

Nice old-fashioned hotel right in the old town. The rooms are nice and clean, the lady at reception is very nice. For a small amount (I think €2) you get the opportunity to use public transport for free. There is a coffee machine on the first floor that you can use for free.Two disadvantages: due to the location in the old town, there are no parking spaces directly at the hotel, but you have to look around. But there is a parking garage nearby.And because the hotel is quite old, it is not wheelchair accessible. You have to use stairs to get to the rooms.

It's a nice little guesthouse, the room was very nice and centrally located. The bathroom and toilet without mold, the towels and the bed linen were also tip topBut the room is above a bakery, it's very sweet all day and night, you don't need anything sweet anymore.But it was still very nice.👍

Very centrally located guesthouse, rooms spacious and very clean. The lady at reception was also very friendly. However, not advantageous for people with limited mobility. Staircase is quite narrow. There are 3 floors, but no elevator.Breakfast is not offered in the guesthouse, but can be taken in the neighboring bakery/pastry shop. The buffet there is very diverse.

Small guesthouse in the city center! Rooms tidy and clean. There are no parking spaces available, but there is a cafe right in front of the door with a cheap breakfast buffet. Nice and quiet. Inexpensive!

The two of us spent 3 nights in a beautiful, bright double room. Everything was totally clean and from the third floor you had a great view of the hustle and bustle on Breite Street. Despite the great central location in the middle of the city center, you won't hear any noise from outside when the windows are closed. The bathroom is a bit small and cramped, but the overall value for money for this room is just great!The welcome was very warm and both check-in and check-out were completely uncomplicated. The service highlight is a coffee machine on the first floor, which guests can use at any time free of charge.An absolutely perfect room for a short stay and we would love to come back. :)

Nice room, friendly owners, clean, bright rooms in a best location. What I was very happy about: free coffee on the first floor. Unfortunately, this was somewhat detrimental to my sleep and rest. The large coffee machine on the first floor makes it very, very difficult to enjoy an undisturbed sleep after 5:30 a.m. This is free and popular. If you sleep on the first floor, the loud noises from the device penetrate into the room. Evening, night, morning, up to 8 times in a row. This problem probably doesn't exist for guests on the second floor, but I wouldn't move into a room on the first floor again.
