If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city, you're in good hands here. A very cozy and lovingly run guesthouse. The owner and his wife are very caring and are available to give you tips. The rooms are all renovated and modern. The guesthouse is very well located as a start for a hike - the owner also gives valuable tips if you want. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. If we go to the Harz Mountains again for a few days, then this cute guesthouse will be our first choice.

A great pension for little money and normal requirements. The bathroom in room 1 could use a makeover. Otherwise everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and breakfast was completely sufficient and ok. Had very nice conversations with the owner at breakfast. The location is very quiet, but you can get there very quickly by public transport or on foot.

Very friendly guesthouse owner, he has an open ear for everything. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, with something for every taste. We'd love to come back. The city can be reached quickly by bus. The stop is not far from the guesthouse.

The hosts are very friendly and can be easily reached by phone regarding bookings (short-term bookings are also possible)The breakfast buffet is plentiful and lovingly prepared. There is something for everybody.The rooms are very clean and the furnishings match the old half-timbered house. The garden is beautifully landscaped and seating is available. Sufficient parking spaces are also available.The hosts are always open to requests and questions.At the end of the holiday you will be paid in cash.We can recommend the Pension am Zillierbach to everyone. Here you can really relax in a quiet location.

Thomas is the perfect host, the rooms and standard of cleanliness are second to none . Lovely continental breakfast , water is always hot for a great shower after a day in the Harz . Highly recommend, have stayed here for over 12 years

Are you looking for a small guesthouse for a short vacation in the Harz?Then the Pension am Zillierbach is just the right place!!!I was spontaneously looking for something and this guesthouse was recommended to me and what can I say, I will probably always stay there.The guesthouse is on the outskirts of Wernigerode, a comfortable 15-minute walk to the city center.There is a beautiful wildlife park 10 minutes away, from where you can wonderfully hike to Wernigerode Castle and Agnesberg.The guesthouse is cozy, old and lovingly furnished.I would say almost like grandmother's, everything with a lot of love and heart.Mr. Augstn runs his pension alone with a lot of commitment and passion.The breakfast buffet contains everything your heart desires, and Mr. Augsten fills it all up immediately.I can only recommend the small, beautiful guesthouse!!!👍🤗
