Unfortunately there was no parking space available for us at the house. The room was really nice and we really liked the ambience. Everything was super clean and well furnished. We'd love to come back. The transaction also went smoothly. The landlord is very nice and gave us good tips about the area.

I had intended to book accommodation here, but this didn't seem to be welcome.Since no opening hours were shown to me, I assumed that it would be possible to clarify a few questions by telephone late in the evening.However, the colleague on site was not happy that I called him late in the evening. He also told me that I should look for other accommodation because he felt it was inappropriate for me to call him.A very interesting experience for me personally. Nothing like this has ever happened to me.With service like this, I'm glad I didn't stay here.

We were certainly not there for the last time, because we were warmly welcomed, shown to the room, everything was absolutely clean and the price was also completely reasonable. I come from the hotel industry myself and am of the opinion that neither the service nor anything in general could be improved. The guesthouse is in a quiet location and has absolutely no noise, even in the evenings. I suffer from sleep disorders and was still able to sleep very well there. Maybe it was also because of the comfortable beds. From my side, I can fully recommend the guesthouse.

Very nice, modernly furnished apartment at an affordable price. Everything you need is there including a stove with oven (stay 2 nights). Very nice, helpful owner, takes care of all your wishes. The toilet is a bit high 😃 Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Location 4/5, because there is a great view but the street is steep, otherwise the city center is easily and quickly accessible on foot. Bus stop nearby, also free parking (some distance away). With the tourist tax pass you can travel by bus for free. Department store (Aldi) nearby can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Bread service possible.

We spent our honeymoon here, the view was beautiful 😊 the apartment was very cozy and lovingly furnished. The owner of the house was very helpful and his mother was also very friendly and brought us games 😊 thank you for the wonderful time with you.

We were in the Harz for a long weekend.The guesthouse is a perfect starting point for short trips and hikes. The town center of Wernigerode can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Please note, however, that the guesthouse is located on a slope, which can be an obstacle for older people.About the guesthouse: We were upgraded from the Oase room to the Idyll apartment free of charge and were the only guests in the guesthouse. It was very clean and all the furnishings worked perfectly. The bed was also very comfortable.The spa area is clean and equipped with a sauna, jacuzzi, shower, two loungers and toilet, but costs extra. The jacuzzi is freshly filled especially for the guests before each use. You can have a good time here.Price-performance ratio is definitely right here and the host is very nice! Definitely recommended.The only drawback: The internet in our room was very weak (approx. 1-2 Mbit/s). However, you have good mobile reception, so no problem.

As you can read, we reserved a parking space in advance (a great price at €6 per night) and a table in the city center for breakfast - that didn't bother us.The size of the parking spaces is ok, but no problem if you have driving experience.When we arrived we got an upgrade and the apartment was more than clean, everything was there.Contact with the landlord went smoothly and we received tips for food and excursions in and around Wernigerode.Thanks!!!

We can't recommend it and honestly feel a bit cheated. We needed an additional bed in the holiday apartment because we had a surprise visit from the Philippines and didn't want to cancel our vacation. This wasn't possible for us and we had to pay for an additional room for over 240 euros a night, without breakfast and without cleaning for 3 days, just an overnight stay.I can normally move to Atlon.This was just the managers taking advantage of our situation.The beds are cheap and the bed linen is from a cheap discount store. As I said: you can expect more for the price.There are better places for cheaper prices!EDIT from 2/2/24: The managers actually tried to have this comment deleted via a lawyer. All in all a solid accommodation.When we arrived we were warmly welcomed, but were only able to officially move into the apartment at around 3 p.m. and thanks to the fast service staff we were able to move into the apartment at 1:30 p.m. The landlord's mother even lent us a bike lock and gave us great tips for things to do and restaurants.The location of the property is excellent. By bike (be careful of the mountain) you can reach the bakery in 3 minutes and be in the middle of the city, 10 minutes from Christianental and still in a quiet, upscale area. The one-way streets are a bit confusing due to the construction sites, but totally idyllic.Unfortunately, the parking lot (€6/night) was very cramped on the steep mountain, so it was no longer possible to get through with the bikes with a bike rack. There is also no possibility of storing the bicycles. The apartment was okay, the kitchen was well equipped and quite large. The bedroom was separated from the hallway by a cupboard, the roller blind was unfortunately broken and the room was so small that the short travel cot could only fit into the bedroom by turning it in.Cleanliness was good, although the washing machine's connection hose was too large for the transition pipe, which meant there was a smell of sewage. The sauna, which looks like it belongs to the apartment in the pictures, can only be used when others are not there. Exclusivity is good, but if you assume that it is part of the apartment and that it is included in the price, it is really surprising if you cannot have a sauna every day as you wish, but by arrangement and for €19, especially since the whirlpool did not work parallel to the sauna due to technical problems.What is not clear from the ad is that it is a house with 8 (?) apartments. We were also surprised about the additional costs. 10€/night for the travel cot, 6€/night for the parking space and 19€ for the wellness area as well as 3€/pp and day tourist tax made the apartment no longer feel good value for money compared to other apartments in the region look.Personally, the landlords are really nice, sociable and take care of their guests.

The stay was ok. In the pictures of the room on AirBnB you can see a bathtub and a sauna, it seems as if these belong to the room. However, these are not included in the price and cost an additional €19. You couldn't do anything about the price despite the tub/whirlpool not being usable. It's a shame. Otherwise, good tips from the operator for restaurants.
