Really great, super-equipped log cabins! Location perfect for hikes on the Brocken! Get confirmation of your overnight stay at reception and you can visit the Harz Tower at the Torfhaus for free!

Great experience in "The SCHIERKE Harz Resort. Great wooden houses with sauna and oven. Fresh rolls in the morning. Rental e-bikes etc.

Just awesome 🤩We spent a long weekend in a large group. Had 2 large and 1 small house. Everything was clean and very modern.The service is top 🔝But you can pay for it, so a star ⭐️ deduction.

Location and place good, furniture in the living area worn/worn, broom for sweeping was missing, cleaning products for cleaning the sink, for example, were missing, not enough dishes available (4 plates for 6 people)

We've been here three times and we'll keep coming back. The house is beautifully furnished and nothing is missing. But what is special is the absolute friendliness towards dogs and of course people. A welcome greeting with a bowl and treats, extra super dog-friendly seats in the restaurant. We are soooo excited. Thank you, a great concept. A visit to the restaurant is a must. Very tasty for vegetarians too.

Overall good to okay. The room is clean but there is no room service or it has been forgotten. Breakfast has a lot of choice. There is a sauna that "works automatically" when asked, but nothing happened when I was in it. Probably switched off or broken. It's a shame that this wasn't explained to me properly.Check in by 4 p.m. otherwise you have to.

We stayed at “Das Schierke” for a week. It was a very nice week. The lodge was very nice and clean. The staff is very attentive and super friendly. The complex is very quiet. Parking directly in front of the lodge. Breakfast was very rich. Everything was there for us.Suggestions for improvement:- Parasols in summer- Cushions for the loungers- an opportunity to dry your laundry or wet towels outside in the sun (drying rack)- A stool in the bathroom for children. Unfortunately, the sink was difficult to reach, even for our seven-year-old son.But we will definitely come back👍

We spent a wonderful holiday here. The 4**** resort has a higher standard, very clean little houses, well equipped, modern and well maintained. We had breakfast in the adjacent restaurant and a delicious meal in the evening. You can quickly get to the surrounding activities such as the Hexentanzplatz, and you can start your tour up to the Brocken in the town itself. The resort is very very dog friendly. Sufficient sleeping accommodations in the rooms and of course the highlight is the sauna in the house. Nice staff and great service. We'd love to come back

We can't comment on the rooms as we were only there for dinner.My wife's burger was absolutely delicious. The cordon bleu I had wasn't quite to my taste. Unfortunately, the vegetables came from the freezer, which unfortunately couldn't hide the spice up.

Great, quiet location at the foot of the Brocken. Modern, tastefully furnished holiday homes with top amenities including sauna and fireplace. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than suitable for everyday use, including spa products. Parking directly in front of the house, sun loungers and large outdoor space. An attractive holiday resort in the Harz that we wholeheartedly recommend.

Great stay. Super nice cabins. There is everything you need. We especially appreciate that washing-up liquid, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, waste bags and baking paper were provided. Super service with collection of waste daily. Very friendly staff throughout. Great with the option of breakfast and a restaurant open all day! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice Family and Friends lodge, the price is high, but if you can share it with friends, it's fine.Clean, nicely furnished rooms, enough sleeping space for everyone, toilets and showers are also sufficient.Sauna, hot pot, grill bowl or fireplace are all there.Hike up the Brocken was great, unfortunately we were only there for two nights, so we didn't have much time for things to do, but there is a lot to discover.
