A wonderful and very cozy house 🥹 With an incredible view and location. There is a sauna inside the house, 🧖♀️ which works great! I recommend it 🌺😍

We were 4 adults and 2 children.The facilities in the house are very good. There are more than enough dishes and kitchen utensils. I was particularly pleased that the kitchen knives were sharp.The house is cozy and tastefully furnished.Unfortunately I have to deduct 1 star because the WiFi is unfortunately very bad. And the cobwebs weren't all removed.At that price I expect 100%.But I can still recommend the house 100%.We'd love to come back.

We were guests as a group (3 couples with one child)In principle we really liked it.One star deduction for:- Poor WIFI/WLAN- The administration is sometimes difficult to reach- Extra costs for electricity/water (I can understand that, but I haven't had that elsewhere for a long time, especially in this price range)We would still strongly recommend it (as long as you don't need internet/wifi ;)).

We stayed in one of the wellness chalets with our baby for 5 days and were totally thrilled. The chalet is beautiful, clean, modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired: we have never had such a well-equipped kitchen.Everything has also been thought of for traveling with children - a travel cot, stair gate and a high chair are available.The contact with Mr. Rader was always super nice and all requests were responded to positively.In any case, we will come back quickly.Restaurant tip: Montevino - 5 minutes walk away - reservation in advance makes sense & the visit is worth it!

The Bergwaldlodge Harmonie is really very beautiful. The terrace is a dream, the kitchen equipment is very good and the bathrooms are great. We didn't use the sauna, but it looks very chic. Everything is really the finest. We had some special requests regarding the number of guests, which were responded to very flexibly and friendly, but in the end it was problematic.However, the WiFi is very bad. Connections with iPhone sometimes didn't work at all. There was also no reception on the upper floor. We were there with 3 babies and had to rely on baby monitors. More than 2 connections at the same time also overwhelmed the WLAN. The caretaker came to troubleshoot the problem, connected his phone to the WiFi and basically said: it's okay, the WiFi is bad here.Given the price, we were very surprised that the beds had to be made up ourselves. It felt like we were in holiday camp and we don't know anything like that.We have had very bad experiences with communication. The manager was always available and friendly, but she didn't stick to agreements and made false statements to the owner (didn't show up on the agreed day, didn't even call and was never there).The caretaker claimed that there were more of us than stated. We even got an invoice for it afterwards! This was retracted, but it was still a disgrace.A woman knocked and wanted to take outstanding money without being able to introduce herself or provide proof of receipt. Very unprofessional and annoying. Sometimes you should just make the effort and come by and greet the guests personally.You can't ignore this even in the most beautiful accommodation.

Clearly 5 stars, we were there with the family for several days, the facilities are great, the sauna and fireplace cover bad weather and there is enough space for 6 adults and a little one.

Everything perfect. We were there with 6 adults and 2 children and the house had everything you could wish for (enough space, all appliances including milk frother, washing machine and Nespresso machine available). Can only warmly recommend it to everyone.

We had a great time in the Blickfang house. It is tastefully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment. The mattresses were wonderfully comfortable and communication went well. We recommend!

Furnishings and equipment left nothing to be desired. We slept wonderfully on comfortable mattresses under light blankets and were far enough away from the neighbors to forget about Corona. It was a relaxing and entertaining week.July 2021

The BergwaldLodge Harmonie is a very nice holiday home with great facilities. It is very lovingly furnished, so that you have the feeling of coming "home". Everything has been thought of to ensure a relaxing and relaxing stay. From the spacious terrace you have a wonderful view.We will definitely spend a holiday there again.
