Very nice guesthouse, landlady courteous, room great, breakfast very rich, only drawback... room very warm, no air conditioning... therefore slept very poorly. A fan as a floor or ceiling device would be urgently needed!!! Otherwise it would be 4 to 5 stars from me.

The location of the guesthouse is excellent. Been there for 6 nights now. Nothing is missing. Ms. Hofmann is nice and accommodating. Breakfast is more than sufficient and is discussed beforehand. The room, with a view of the lake, is nicely furnished. Old country house style, which suits the area. There are enough parking spaces available. Always worth a trip.

We were here for a long weekend at the beginning of autumn 2017. The farm is cozy and has an idyllic flair. The room was modernly renovated. Breakfast room very nice and traditional. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with love. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We were both sick one day because we ate the wrong food and she brought us tea in bed. Very good location for excursions to Chiemsee and the surrounding area.

The accommodation is super clean, breakfast is already agreed upon on the day of arrival in terms of variety and size. It is therefore individually tailored to each guest. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are of high quality. WiFi is absolutely sufficient and several devices can be connected at the same time (not always a given). There are enough parking spaces. Centrally located to the motorway, the lake and Austria can be reached quickly.

Price/performance unbeatable! The accommodation is very clean and the breakfast is plentiful. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. There is a cowshed with calves right next to the farm. A real highlight for our daughter. Gladly again at any time!

A very nice guesthouse. Quietly located, great view of the mountains, a very beautiful, well-kept garden that invites you to linger.The breakfast was delicious and plentiful (fresh eggs, strawberries, apples, various types of sausage, cheese, etc.)The guesthouse landlady is attentive and competent.Completely satisfied! 💞

Beautiful view of the Alpine mountains, very clean rooms with a country house look, extremely comfortable beds, very friendly hosts, good parking right in front of the door. Can only be recommended. (refrigerator in room)
