I thought the animation for the children was great, which, high praise, was full of heart and soul and fire! The reception didn't have it easy with us at first because we couldn't find or overlooked a lot of things. But the reception took the time and was always friendly and supported us. Another thing I would have liked was food for the petting zoo so that you can also feed them. But that's also complaining at a high level

Nice house with large veranda, very new and clean. Right on the meadow so a beautiful view. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Beautiful campsite, nice accommodations. Friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings.

We were at the campsite, it is beautifully laid out with a private bathroom. In front of the private bathroom there is a covered sink. The roof should be a little longer because the water from the Abach runs down your neck.The sanitary areas for the general public were also very clean. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Each camping field has a few play equipment for smaller children, there is also a small swimming pool and a lake for swimming. The area is nice for cycling tours. Children's entertainment is also offered on the site during the holidays. The place is less suitable during the holiday season for people who cannot cope with childrenThere is also a small shop on site with delicious rolls and a cozy restaurant

We visited the camping resort for 1 week.When we arrived in the rear part of the comfort parking space, everything was under water. We then looked for a place in the upper part. Something urgently needed to be done with the drainage of the water. The place is actually very nice for children but the sanitary facilities and swimming pool are very dirty.The only thing that is very good is the building reception and the animation.We won't be coming back again.

The campsite is quietly located in a cul-de-sac. Very nice restaurant. Reception also very welcoming. The site itself was a bit wet, as it had probably rained well beforehand, some of the pitches were muddy and under water. At the beginning of October the sanitary building was not very heated. There isn't a lot of pressure coming out of the shower either, it's more like spray mist, which is very difficult to wash your hair. The faucets in the sinks also didn't work properly or were falling apart. Maybe you should invest something there. The swimming pool could also be a little nicer. Maybe the 5 stars are appropriate for the cabins and houses, but I would give more than 3 stars for the campsite. You can quickly reach Nordhorn or Denekamp by bike.

Very nice and cozy campsite. Great playgrounds, a really beautiful beach and the soccer field was very important for our boys. We also really enjoyed using the swimming pool there.In the spring we stayed in a bungalow with friends, and in the fall we stayed in a caravan on a plot of land with our own bathroom. It was beautifully furnished and very practical 😉

A very nice campsite with many different ways to do camping. Whether in a bungalow, stilt houses or on the RV parking space.There are daily highlights for children, from children's disco to kids club (creative offers).There is a swimming lake, a dog meadow and a dog shower in the sanitary.There is also a swimming pool.We were there out of season during the fall holidays. The place was moderately attended.The sanitary area is well maintained and the showers are slightly larger than average.There are family bathrooms and also a room with washing machines and dryers.If you arrive with a motorhome, you can also optionally book a bathroom directly on site.The spaces are large enough even for longer vehicles.We would visit the campsite again.

We traveled with our caravan for five nights. We had a pazelle with a private sanitary area and it was great.The restaurant makes very good pizza, the staff is very friendly and everything there is clean and intact.We'll be back!

This was our second time in Papillon Country and we will definitely come back often. Animation great. The front desk staff was super nice. Houses great and very clean. Definitely recommended

The campsite itself is beautiful and the location is ideal for us. The facilities on the site (children's playgrounds, pool, petting zoo) are also really good, but for a 5* site I expect not only the facilities but also cleanliness! The sanitary facilities were cleaned very regularly, but (as far as I can tell) this was primarily limited to vacuuming and liberally spraying everything with chlorine cleaner. Surfaces gave the impression that they were very rarely wiped down. It's not nice when dirt sticks to the walls of the toilet cubicles and dust builds up.

We were at the campsite for a week. We liked it very much. The children were thrilled by the animation and couldn't wait to get to the crafts in the morning 😉Sanitary facilities are always clean and there are always enough due to the many private facilities. Swimming pool was also great, but the water was a bit cold.All in all, we can recommend the place without reservation and would come again.

Great campsite. The houses were very nice, just a bit cold. There is a lot to do for children. The petting meadow is great. There is also a children's club. The swimming pool isn't nice, but it's great that there is one and it's totally functional. The swimming lake in summer is of course also brilliant.

We were there for the second time. Parking space with private sanitary facilities - the best so far!First of all we can postpone our booking without further ado and then after three days we swap pitches. Everyone is friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended

We spent a long weekend there and really enjoyed the peace and quiet.The accommodation (mobile home) was sufficiently equipped. Washing machine and dishwasher made the stay pleasantly easier.It was pleasantly quiet in the resort during our time. The on-site restaurant and snack bar give you the opportunity to forego cooking.The reception is polite, courteous and helpful, even if a question comes a second time. If there were two smaller defects, the technician would have been called out straight away if requested. It didn't bother us, so we didn't want a repair at this point.The small shop next to reception has the little things that are often forgotten. The rolls from the shop are also fresh and taste very good.Unfortunately, our child was ill and was only able to see Spotty (the camping dog) shortly before departure. A lot of effort was made to make the encounter possible for our son and Spotty took time for him.There are some attractions for children that change weekly. This can be viewed via app or QR code.A highlight is the children's disco in the evening.The visit will definitely be repeated again as we really enjoyed it!Thank you for the pleasant stay.
