Top seminar house! There is even a charging station for electric cars! Download the Stadtwerke Lingen charging app beforehand. Food was great!

The rooms are functionally furnished and have no television. Lots of dust under the desk and behind the bed. The bathroom was a disaster for me. Mold on the tiles in the shower. Hair on the floor, toilet not clean and silver fish in the bathroom. Hardly any water comes out of the shower.The friendly lady at reception gets full points from me.

Very quite and peaceful location. Hotel intentionally has no TV on the room and a no-noise policy which is well respected by all guests. Rooms and bathrooms are somewhat outdated but well maintained and very spatious. There's also a nice garden.Check-in was somewhat complicated. The reception was unmanned even though I arrived before the designated arrival time. There was a self-service key locker but I had not received a code to operate it. Eventually I could only retrieve a key after calling someone on the phone.

The snack machine is a scam, the two-pack of Snickers just won't go down. Lunch is pretty good though, I guess

The LWH is located right on the edge of the forest and has a large parking lot. The arrival was uncomplicated, as was the check-in. The rooms are tidy, adequately equipped and, above all, clean. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back!

Not recommended. Rooms are very warm and have no (mechanical) ventilation. Only natural ventilation through open window. Windows WITHOUT mosquito screens! Result: enormous nuisance from flies and especially mosquitoes!!For a 3-day stay, no interim make-up by a chambermaid and no interim change of towels.No TV or minibar. No bar and no comfortable indoor or outdoor area. Not a real restaurant either. No other restaurants in the immediate area.Seating furniture: 2 uncomfortable (desk) chairs.Overall a very simple and outdated complex. At most suitable for 1 very basic overnight stay with a limited breakfast choice.The only plus: the quiet location on the Emsradweg.We will not return here again. The price and performance are not in balance here.

Typical seminar house that also offers free rooms as a hotel. We recommend. Employees are friendly, courteous and very helpful. Very nice quiet location. If you expect a TV and telephone in your room, you shouldn't book. But it wasn't important to us!

Nice but outdated facility. The conference center and seminar rooms are comfortably furnished. Idyllic and quiet location in a small village. Kitchen staff and seminar leaders were top and highly recommended. Food was also a pleasure. The seminars are very informative. All in all, this house is HIGHLY recommended. Thank you and see you next time.
