Nice, clean hotel. Rooms cozy and modernly furnished. The small breakfast buffet also left nothing to be desired. The couple who ran the place were very friendly and you always had the feeling of being at home. No matter whether you needed a tip for a trip or a pillow to sleep on. Just great!! The hotel is well located for excursions or hikes... whatever the weather!!Thank you both again. We would love to come back...

Warm hosts, rooms are beautifully decorated. Even kettle and coffee/tea in the room. View of the Hochfelln, wonderful. The breakfast is enriched with homemade spreads, great variety made with love.And always approachable and great advice for hikes etc.Thank you very much 💚

That something like this still exists!!! Wonderful family hotel, with extremely friendly operators who take time for all guests every morning and give tips for excursions and activities. The location is great, numerous hiking trails and the Hochfelln cable car within walking distance, 15 minutes by car to Lake Chiemsee, close to the motorway, but you can't hear it. It's actually very quiet here. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the house; inside, modernity and tradition have been very stylishly combined. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

We stayed here for two nights. The operating couple is helpful and always available. We had a beautifully renovated accommodation with a separate room for our "big one". Breakfast was absolutely adequate and served directly at the table one day as there wasn't much going on in the hotel. I find that understandable and it was lovingly done. If you like to maintain personal contact, this is the right place for you. For other travelers, the Mariandl is not anonymous enough. We felt comfortable. Thank you very much for your loving treatment of us and our kids.

We stayed at the hotel for the third time this New Year's Eve. It is very nicely decorated, in a good location and the owners are extremely nice and accommodating. Would book it again at any time.

Pleasantly situated hotel, very clean, very friendly owners. The room was large and well-appointed, with a modern shower room. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The position of the hotel, at the foot of the Hochfelln mountain, (cable-car lift)is ideal . It is also only a short distance from the Chiemsee (a beautiful lake).

Very modern and nicely furnished room. Breakfast is included in the price and offers a delicious selection. Particularly noteworthy are the friendly hosts, who look after the guests with particular dedication. When planning the trip we were provided with lots of helpful tips. The hotel is an ideal starting point for hikes, a trip to Lake Chiemsee or a day trip to Salzburg. We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience!
