Cozy, family atmosphere with friendly and accommodating hostess. The rooms offer everything you need to feel comfortable. Enough parking spaces available. The breakfast is an absolute highlight, rich, tasty and attractively designed.And you can go on beautiful hikes directly from the house and it's just a few minutes' walk to the lake.We felt very comfortable!

Very nice guesthouse with an extensive breakfast and a very nice host couple. Rooms are good, there is a private parking space. The price-performance ratio is still right here. Small fridge in the room and an ideal starting point for hiking.

Ms. Pohlmann is very accommodating and friendly. Room with balcony and well furnished and very clean.Breakfast buffet varied and excellent. Large, spacious parking lot.Beautiful hikes around Lake Diemelsee are possible within walking distance.

I've been coming to Diemelsee since the 1970s, camping back then and at Pohlmann's in recent years.The rooms are great and the breakfast with regional products is first class. We would 100% recommend this family-run guesthouse. Of course, as is the case in life, you can't please everyone, but Ms. Pohlmann is always open to criticism and improvementsWith this in mind, dear Pohlmann family, keep it up, we were always satisfied.

We (my wife and I) enjoyed 8 fantastic days at Pension Pohlman. This location around the Diemesee is perfect for people who love the outdoors. Characteristic guest house, so a creak here and a squeak there in this guest house was what was part of it for us. And everything was so clean and tidy in the apartment with kitchen, everything worked as it should, nothing to complain about at all, excellent breakfast, what a party every morning, nothing was missing and so much, unprecedentedly good. Rosi, who takes care of all this, is such a very soothing woman, she also radiates this and has touched us with her personality. Had a great holiday.

Very nice and quiet location with a balcony and a small kitchen. A few minutes to the beach or swimming pool. Special feature: the electric boats for four people! The hikes are magical and the Diemelsteighütte guarantees a cozy end

Very nice room with a small fridge and microwave. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Different types of muesli. Various delicious homemade jams, something for every taste. Depending on your preference, there are also scrambled eggs, fried eggs or boiled eggs. And always fresh fruit every day. The lady of the house is always very friendly. 🙂

A pleasant, friendly, accommodating and generous guesthouse run by Mrs. Pohlmann with a good price-performance ratio. “Mother” Pohlmann became more and more fond of our hiking group over the course of our hiking week on the beautiful Diemelsteig and was at her best even under Corona conditions. The delicious breakfast buffet with homemade jams was in the Diemelsee right next door...icing on the cake.Swimming

It was very great. The price was very good because you got a card (My Card +) where you saved so much money and could do almost everything for free.The landlady was very friendly and the breakfast was very tasty.Only to be recommended.

Hello Ms. Pohlmann. I felt very comfortable with you. It was only 3 nights, but it made me curious about the next time. I would also like to add this: I was supposed to arrive on Thursday, but was in bed with a migraine. So I couldn't arrive until Friday and was offered to add a day. Highly recommended. I was a guest at Pension Pohlmann for 4 nights. I can only agree with the previous speakers! Ms. Pohlmann always strives to make the guest's stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms (double rooms) and breakfast are excellent. To escape everyday life and get some fresh air, Pension Pohlmann is just the right place!
