CAUTION: You cannot necessarily rely on agreements with the landlady. The following justification:In 2022 we booked a holiday apartment at the Pension Landhaus am Sonneneck and spent our holiday there. Since we were quite satisfied, we booked the apartment again for next year (2023). We have agreed the exact date in writing (by email), and we have a confirmation from the landlord. About 2 weeks before our planned arrival, we asked whether the time of our arrival would be acceptable. After about 3 days we received an email from the resort administration saying: The apartment is overbooked and we should look for something else.The landlady did not comply with a written agreement and did not even bother to cancel us personally. Both our email address and our telephone number have not changed and were therefore known to the landlady!Since we found other accommodation in Enzklösterle without significant additional costs, we decided not to take any further measures.

Equipment and facilities were outdated and functional but it was completely sufficient for our needs. Location is great, hikes possible right from the front door.BUT: The hostess added €100 to the price quoted on the homepage and showed little understanding of our complaint. The prices are no longer current and everything would have been fine. So for a whopping €300 we paid €400. Thanks for the stay, we will definitely not be coming back.

A friend had booked an apartment Sunday to Sunday (confirmation by email is available). Facilities and location are good. It's a little old, but it's good value for money. Now my BUT. On Thursday morning we found out that we had to check out on Friday because she had already guaranteed the following guests the apartment from Friday evening. Actually, we could have referred to the email and stayed. The search and possible additional costs would have been the landlord's problem. But my friend had arranged the accommodation through a friend and didn't want any trouble. The end of the story was: My girlfriend was able to book a room that was twice as expensive for the last two nights. I had to travel home because I could no longer find accommodation with my dog. The first vacation in over 1.5 years was ruined. We didn't get an apology. That's why the 2 stars.

Our stay this week in Landhaus was really wonderful, the hosts were really friendly, accommodating and helpful. We didn't miss anything here in the accommodation. The rooms are sufficiently stocked with everything you need (coffee maker, toaster, etc.). It was very clean and tidy. We were able to use the garden to grill and everything was provided for us! A small negative point was the squeaky bed (I just don't like squeaky beds). But the house is also an older model with older furniture, which gives the whole thing a nice story! Overall, we had a lovely week and our children felt very comfortable!
