The welcome was very warm and personal, the atmosphere is fantastically beautiful (especially in the treatment rooms of the beauty department) and your - dear Ms. Stoffregen - calm, very pleasant and experienced manner is a guarantee for a great and relaxing stay! We will definitely see each other again and we will recommend you and the entire hotel wherever we can. Very nice modern hotel at the harbor. I had a very nice single room with a view of the harbor - I love it. The hotel is in the upscale segment on a national level. The guests tend to be well-off business people, and occasionally also young families. The spa area is very nice and not very busy. The bar is busy in the afternoon and evening and is a nice place to linger. But the highlight for me is the breakfast, which can be enjoyed from seven o'clock to twelve o'clock. Ideal for me as an early riser as I can also enjoy a second breakfast. The selection is fantastic and everything is very tasty.All in all, I can highly recommend the hotel. The pricing is upscale, but it is “price worthy.”Will definitely come back.

We were greeted with a warm smile upon arrival, and this first-class service continued throughout our vacation. The hotel exudes a luxurious but at the same time relaxed atmosphere that immediately invites you to feel good.The room was an absolute dream - modern and stylish. The furnishings left nothing to be desired, from the high-quality bed linen to the small, loving details that made the stay special.The breakfast buffet was not only rich, but also exceptionally diverse. A visit to the Strönholt restaurant turned our first evening into a culinary experience.All in all, our stay at Budersand Sylt exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel offers luxury and comfort at the highest level, combined with exceptional service and a unique location. Very nice and very good hotel in an absolutely top location. Unfortunately, the room service left something to be desired on several occasions this year. During an evening service, the room lady wanted to go into the room straight away, even though I was standing there in my underwear and asked her to wait a few minutes.I didn't know I looked so interesting in my underwear.One morning service and two evening services were carried out incompletely and untidy.I found Ms. Ernst's manner personally insulting when she told me on behalf of the hotel management that she would no longer be reserving tables outside the hotel for guests or for me in the future.The decision to do this is a fundamental decision of the hotel, but the manner and choice of words to communicate this to a customer and paying guest is another matter.In my more than 45 years of traveling through 104 countries around the world, I have never experienced anything like this.As the saying goes? The sound makes the music.

A nice hotel in the south away from the hustle and bustle of Westerland.You can have a great rest. The spa is good and the physios are knowledgeable in their field.The service is very good and friendly and helpful without coming across as fake.

An absolutely recommended hotel! The entire team responds very courteously and understandably to any requests, changes or concerns. There was absolutely nothing I could complain about. The rooms are beautiful. Next time I will reserve the wellness treatments earlier. I got a little nervous when I found out at the hotel that everything was fully booked. I was put on the waiting list and received the appointments I wanted just a few hours later. A perfect stay!!!

In and of itself a very nice hotel with nice staff. We always enjoy coming here. The children love the indoor pool. We were suddenly banned from using it after 5 p.m. because children are no longer welcome at that time. Until then, despite house rules, it was never a problem. It's a shame that children are discriminated against to a certain extent here. What's more, the spa area was completely empty! Maybe the lady just didn't feel like working anymore, so late in the evening 😉 Well, we still won't let it spoil our stay, but we would like it to be a little more relaxed. P.s. The one star for service refers explicitly to the incident described and does not assess the generally good service of the hotel.

This was my second time as a guest and I have to say that everything was just right here. Courteous and nice staff, a first-class breakfast buffet that really leaves nothing to be desired, a very nice wellness area, great and clean rooms, etc.! I really had nothing to complain about and would love to come back.

The two of us spent six days in Budersand. From the first minute we were treated courteously, we were given the feeling that we were on holiday and that we really didn't have to worry about anything. In addition to the friendliness, the eye for detail and the courteous manner, the hotel has received the highest ratings in almost all respects. Our room had a water view; The included drinks in the minibar were refilled every day and were of high regional quality. The e-bikes we booked were prepared and prepared without any haste or time pressure. We were even given a beach bag with towels. So we didn't lack anything. In addition to the great view of the sea, the breakfast is exclusively made with fresh and regional products. In addition to high-quality cheese, fish (e.g. salmon, tartar, caviar), meat and salami products, there were fruits, freshly squeezed juices, muesli, nuts (including macadamia!) and of course many types of bread, toast and rolls. You could also order fresh scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, lamb sausages, poached eggs or pancakes. Everything was freshly prepared and served at your place. All the dishes tasted wonderful and couldn't be faulted. When we had breakfast on the sun terrace, the time until we were served by the attentive service staff was a little longer; once, unfortunately, we only had cold milk in which our chocolate did not dissolve. But it's really criticism at the highest level, which couldn't really spoil the stay. The “hidden” amenities are also absolutely worthy of 5 stars. After a walk on the sand we put our shoes out for service. The next morning they were cleaned and polished to a high shine. The SPA area also offers everything you could expect from a hotel category of this type. Finnish sauna, bio sauna, swimming pool, massages and just finding peace in the outdoor area. Free drinks and blankets, towels everywhere. Unfortunately, I don't have the space to report on everything here. You have to experience it yourself. Expectations are not disappointed and you can tell in every corner that everyone wants to offer guests a pleasant stay. Of course the price is above average, but the location and the previously described amenities and quality absolutely justify it. I can only recommend the Budersand without reservation. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation will find it here. You can be excited. We will definitely spend our vacation here again.
