We and our company had our conferences there 5-7 times a year for years.Food massively overpriced.When the complaints about it piled up, the boss offered us an all-you-can-eat lasagna buffet.Since I stayed longer in the gentlemen's room, I arrived just in time to see the empty casserole dishes being carried away. And the joke was, there were no more supplies coming.The joke: he still wanted money for that.

I don't even give it one star! The biggest mess was leaving hotel guests standing in front of a locked door for half an hour and hanging up the phone twice when asked by telephone. Incredible!

We were also at the wedding on August 19th. and I can only agree with my daughter-in-law. From the first contact to the celebration, a well-rounded affair. Very good advice and excellent execution. The food was all fresh and tasty, the staff were very accommodating and friendly and the owners were very patient and friendly. A great one Wedding and an unforgettable day!Thanks!!!

The Daneluzzi family hosted our dream wedding on August 19th, 2023!Everything was just perfect!The family is incredibly friendly, warm, flexible and totally uncomplicated! From the planning to the celebration, you made everything possible to make our day come true according to our wishes and ideas!Every single guest at our wedding confirmed this to us! You immediately felt comfortable! The service was super nice, attentive and on point!We were served various Mediterranean starters on the individual tables and the main course was set up in buffet form! There was plenty of everything and it was a bit scarce, so second helpings were already ready! Every single dish was simply a poem!We also stayed there overnight and the next morning there was a nice, small but sufficient breakfast buffet. There was something for every taste!With this in mind, once again a big compliment and a big thank you to the entire Seehotel team for this unforgettable celebration!

Great wedding location!We celebrated our wedding at the Seehotel and our expectations were exceeded.The service was extremely friendly and quick, the food was delicious, and the adjacent lakeside terrace is a dream. We went for dinner yesterday. We were the only guests, that should have warned us. The waiter was initially very friendly, that was the only positive thing. The menu was very poor, prices changed by hand. 4 dishes to choose from.I chose carpaccio (16!!! euros), the meat was streaked with tendons and the portion was the smallest I've ever seen. And we eat out at least once a week. For main course I had ravioli in sage sauce, it was good, no doubt, but when the plate was brought I asked if I had made a mistake and this was a starter. 5 small ravioli, just like you would find in the supermarket.My companion had a schnitzel with spaghetti, nothing special.We each drank a prosecco and shared a bottle of water.After the waiter had removed the plates, he didn't show up again, not at all! We sat for another hour because we had a lot to talk about.Finally, after the breakup, we called 74.50 euros for this piece of junk, unbelievable. Don't go there, there's nothing to enjoy except the view.

We only went to the restaurant, but it was excellent. The online menu wasn't completely available (maybe that was what it said there too), but since the fish is bought fresh every day, that's just how it has to be.In any case, the food was very good, clearly not just to try, but to really enjoy.The boss (cook) was also nice and funny 👍

We only used the restaurant's outdoor dining area. You can sit here beautifully with a view of the Gelterswoog. Very nice waiter. However, we had to wait over an hour for the food. My partner's pasta tasted okay. …

It started with the fact that the location of the celebration was 300 people in a room that felt like it was 10 degrees cold. There was only one way to get drinks because it was self-service. In principle this isn't a problem, but with 300 people it is and there is only one station and so we sat there for two and a half hours without drinks. Not to mention the utopian prices we had to pay. I don't even pay 5 euros for a beer in Cologne. There were waiters there, but they were only there to clear the tables and were not allowed to serve. With a 5-figure amount that was previously paid to the host to organize this celebration, I would have liked a little more organization. The buffet was placed on our plates in small portions; we were probably afraid that the guests would take too much. Unfortunately, the food was also a disappointment because it was cold and tasted like it came from the canteen. Dessert consisted of a tablespoon of chocolate mousse. All in all, unfortunately, you ultimately have the feeling that it was all about getting as much money as possible with as little effort as possible, which is what was achieved here. However, you won't win any guests this way and you will ruin your reputation.

Our Christmas party there yesterday was a complete rip-off. Drinks overpriced and staff totally overwhelmed. The line to order drinks was forever long, everything took way too long. Location not made for 300 people. It was very cold in the room where there was a buffet. You weren't allowed to help yourself at the buffet, apparently they were afraid that you would eat too much. Plates were dirty and if you wanted a spoonful more food you would be looked at in disbelief. In addition, the food was cold, even the people who went to get food first complained about cold food. They made a lot of money for the evening.
